His first day at home was not something he could reckon with.
He woke up at dawn. He knew for some unknown reason that her grandmother is an early bird. For the same reason, he knew his father would take 4 sugar cubes in his tea. At the same time, he knew his mother's favorite color was blue and if it's in her hand she would have painted every corner in this house with blue. He still remembers when her mother painted his room blue saying it was a manly color. His every toy was of blue color, even his kindergarten accessories of blue color including tiffin box and bottle. Well, those were memorable times.
He still cringes sometimes remembering his room painted in different shades of blue.
He would show his puffed-up cheeks and pouty lips to his grandmother and father telling them he likes pink, not blue. This would give the whole house a great laugh. He would run to his nanny 'Aunty Rose' lamenting the sorrowful story of his favorite color.
Aunty Rose is an Omega and a close confidante of his grandmother.
Even she being an omega couldn't outshine her capabilities and performances. No one knows how the old madam of Techaapaikhun who strictly moves in 'Alpha circles' got acquainted with Rose. But everyone knows that Aunty Rose is not someone to be crossed with. Crossing her means crossing the old madam herself. Even Kao's parents use a humble tone with Rose.
When Kao was born his grandmother's happiness didn't have any bounds. She especially made Rose be the personal attendant of the heir of their family. A prominent alpha that would make Techaapaikhun rise to a new glories platform.
Well, that was past and then Kao's gender was still not known to them.
Now the blue room of baby Kao didn't exist anymore. His sister had turned that room to be used as her wardrobe. Her clothes collection was now overflowing with different shades of blue and pink, probably her mother's choices..

He woke up with a heartwarming smile. He looked around his new room.
Yes, his room was lavish. He could watch the backyard from his room. Unlike the other rooms of his family members which were situated on the second and third floor, his room was on the first floor which was relatively empty, situated at the end of the corridor. You have to take a u-turn from the stairs to even notice that a room was situated there. From his room, he could listen to the early cluttering sound of the servant's restroom which was one floor below his room. He smiled as he listened to Rosa taking a proper morning call of every servant present there and deciding the menu for the day.
Then he looked outside his window and the sun hadn't risen yet. He could see the solitude of a woman sitting on a bench. He knew her grandmother liked to see the sunrise. Well, it was her grandmother who was responsible for his habit of waking up early in the morning.
He smiled and ran to the washroom to freshen up as fast as he could.
Brushing his teeth and checking if he has a bad breath.
He had two joggers one was his pink strawberry shortcake jogger which he liked using in his safe haven while the other was a formal tracksuit he used when he walked out of his small apartment to do house chores. Then he remembered her small apartment which is situated on Liang street near his old high school. Well, he had now bought that house.
"I need to go back this weekend to clean it up..."
He had bought it after saving a lot from his pocket money and part-time work plus his investment in the share market. Even after moving into his parent's house, he didn't have the heart to abandon the place he earned with his own money.
Quickly getting in his morning black formal tracksuit he ran to the garden.
"Good morning..." he whispered rather quite strongly.
The wind was filled with early morning due and a kind of sweet aroma was speeded into the environment.
Old madam of the household was startled by the intrusion and took a few steps back as his eyes furrowed.
Kao blushed at his behavior and his face turned red due to the early morning breeze and embarrassment.
(Kao P.O.V- No it's because it's a little cold in the morning...I am not embarrassed.)
Few seconds passed by and there was no reply from the other side so he took the initiative to start the conversation.
"I woke up early, so I thought I should watch sunrise..." he smiled as he stepped forward and the old lady shifted back on the bench.
" Morning smell is so sweet today..is it because of the roses I guess.." as Kao's eyes traveled to the roses arranged in the flower pot. It was one of his grandmother's hobbies to do so.
Kao's eyes shone with admiration as he looked at the vase.
The next thing that happened, nothing could have prepared Kao for this reaction.
"Rose....where are you, come here .....now.." her grandmother screamed on top of her lungs as she started to get up.
Rose came running to the backyard as his eyes widened as she looked from the young boy to the old mistress.
"What is he doing here...do I need to teach you everything in this house.."
Kao was startled by the outburst as tears shone up in his eyes threatening to fall any second.
Rose walked hurriedly toward Kao.
"Young master...you should step back to your room...for now" her voice was apologetic.
Kao quickly gained his senses and nodded his head.
"I am sorry.." he whispered as he felt his throat burning.
He could sense the disgust coming from the other person. Keeping his head down he quickly walked away.
'Why?'
'Is my presence suffocating??...'
