(Amelia's POV)
It's like walking around on eggshells around here, I try to stay away from Axel as best I can. Though it seems like everywhere I turn one of his men is around the corner. Butt today is different, there is no one here. I have yet to see Axel or his two close friends or any of the guards. Me being the smart girl I am I took this as my opportunity to get the hell out, it'd been three weeks since I was kidnapped
I missed Sarah and god knows what's going through her head right now. I walk towards the front door on high alert, I keep looking behind me. Slowly I open the front door and peak out, no one. It was like a ghost town, it was honestly starting to creep me the fuck out. I step out into the early morning cold and make my way down the driveway. I was barefoot and only had Axels boxers and his t-shirt on, I was cold, but I wasn't going to stop until I got home
There wasn't even a guy at the gate, now that my brain is starting to work I'm realizing this may be a trick or a test. Why would he let me go after keeping me locked away all this time? What game is he playing? I continue to walk and walk realizing that we were not in New York at all, so where was I? As I walked along the empty road, I finally saw a car and I started waving and screaming for help
"Help!" I waved my hands wildly around while standing in the middle of the road "Stop, I need help!" The car came to a stop and I ran to the window
"Miss are you alright?" He looked concern
"I-I was kidnapped, I'm try-ing to get back hom-e"
"Oh god" He finally looked down at my clothes and got out of the truck handing me his jacket "where is your home?"
"New York City" I say
"Come on let's get you where it's warm" he helped me into his truck and we turned around heading the direction he came
"Where are we?" I asked looking at the empty road
"Brooklyn" I stayed quite and soon fell alseep
