(Amelia's POV)
Sarah and I are going home tomorrow, but this sick feeling in my stomach won't go away. I've gotten three more texts over the last four days, each one just as horrible as the last. Each one telling me to say my fair wells and be happy with the last few days I have with my parents, to say I was on edge is an understatement.

"Amelia could you go see who just knocked on the door?" My mom called from the kitchen

"Sure" I say putting my phone down and walking towards the door. I look out the peep whole and see nothing before opening the door

"Who is it?" Asked my aunt Callie, they were staying here to spend time with my parents. They got a hotel

"Ummm..." I paused before looking down at a white envelope "No one, just and envelope" suddenly the house got quite and I picked it up

"Amelia" I heard my father voice harden "Close that door now and get down" was all he yelled

I quickly do as I'm told and suddenly gunshots could be heard all around us, my parents were yelling as I started crawling towards them and behind the coach with Sarah

"What's going on?!" Yelled Sarah towards me

"I don't know" I looked over towards were my mom was and see her loading her shotgun with my aunt "What the hell are they doing? Call nine one one" I yell towards my parents

It seems they couldn't hear me because they didn't look towards me or saying anything before heading out the back door with my uncle and father. Sarah and I look at each other before I rip open the white envelope. This had to have something to do with the shooting, it had to be. I pull a thin piece of paper out and read it quickly

Times up Ava and Lucas

What the hell is that meant to mean? Was this somehow connected with the person sending me those texts? All of a sudden gunshots stopped and Sarah and I slowly got up making our way to the back yard

"Those fucking basterds, who'd they find us?" My father was mad mad, and that was never a good sign

"What's going on?" I asked with a shaky voice, they seemed to ignore me again

"The Red Bull's want to be number one. They always have, you know this. They will do anything to be number one" my uncle shook his head

"So why'd they come after us? We're not in the gang anymore" my mother signed rubbing her head

"Hello!" I scream and everyone turns to me "What gang? Who the hell was that? Why were they shooting at us?" A sad look comes over my mothers face who looks towards my father

"We should tell her, we should have told her long ago" was all she said before walking my way

"Told me what?"

"Honey" she grabbed my hands "We used to be the number one gang leaders west coast" I stayed silent

"But we gave that life up once we found out your mom was pregnant, we handed the title to you aunt and uncle before moving here" my father said with sad eyes

"We thought we were safe, no one bothered us. It was like we dropped off the face of the Earth"

"But I guess the leader of the third biggest gang on the west coast wants to be first, they have for years. I just don't understand why they went after us" my father shook his head

"Whatever they want, they won't get. We're moving your parents into hiding and making sure no one finds them" my aunt said Firmly

"Yes, it's a good thing no one knows your their daughter so your safe. You can't tell anyone, that means you too Sarah" my uncle Zack said with seriousness

"Ok, ok. But I'm still confused" Sarah said tilting her head

"Let head inside and we'll tell you a story" my mother rubbed my arm "Come now"

We headed inside and sat at the table waiting for my parents to spill their biggest secret
