Chapter 2: The Lake

So this chapter isn't about me, it's about a kid that I knew.
My family and I were going to the lake to go fishing. I was in my dad's truck with the kid and a few of my siblings. Let's call this kid, Red, since she had red hair. So Red has been to a lake before or at least fishing. We get up to the lake and Red goes, "Wow, thats a big flood."
My dad and I look at her and and then we looked at each other, we just started laughing. I said,"Yeah, I think I see some houses down there." and my dad said, "That's a lake not a flood. Why would we be fishing at a flood?" Red then realized she had made a grave mistake because we weren't going to let this go. And we didn't let it go, we teased her from then on about the lake. (My nephew was there and he teased her the whole time.)
