The Bear and The Panther *(rough draft)*

Chapter 2: Socializition

*Rosalie*
Derek still thinks I'm an innocent little girl, but I'm the total opposite. I have learned as much as possible on everything supernatural, i have read three different hunter's family books on creatures. I have hunted with friends and know all about weapons and especially hunters weapons and how they work, i have killed before. "I think I'm going to visit Deaton" i say as i back out of Derek's embrace "I'm coming with you" he says and walks out the door. When we get to Deaton's i can sense Derek hasn't warmed up to Deaton yet, "hey Deaton" i say with a smile "Rose is that you?" He asks as he comes from behind the counter and gives me a hug "yeah it is" i say "so I'm guessing you have been trying to keep Derek in check?" "As much as he lets me" Deaton jokes. I missed him, when i was little he would let me play with mostly any animal i wanted and i would spend all day here. "Scott, come here!" Deaton yells and i look over to Derek to see him look annoyed "coming" yells a boy with dark brown spiked hair as he runs out and next to Deaton "meet Rosalie, she is a good friend of mine and she is Derek's cousin" and Scott extends his hand for me to shake "hey" he says with a wink and i smile "hi". And out of the corner of my eye i see Derek roll his eyes so i elbow him and i am satisfied when i hear him cough, "he is just being nice Derek" i say and Scott laughs.

*Scott*
Wow Derek's cousin is hot! I mean yeah i like Allison but come on i would love to get at Derek like this, even if we fake dated. "So Rosalie, how come i haven't heard about you before?" I ask and in return i get a glare from Derek "yeah Derek, how come?" She turns and asks him with arms folded, haha. "Uhh well you see-" "nope you can explain yourself later mister" she says "so Scott, how old are you?" She asks me and i say "well i am 16 but turning 17 in a few months though" "cool, I'm 19" she replies.

*Deaton*
It is so funny to watch these three interact, because Rose doesn't know if Scott knows about werewolves and Scott doesn't know if she knows about werewolves so they are both treading lightly. "Its ok, everyone knows about werewolves here. Scott is a werewolf, Rosalie is a shape shifter but just hasn't shifted yet." I say and i can visibly see both of them relax. "Oh thank god! I was getting worried for a minute there of how Derek knew you Scott!" Rose says with a laugh and Scott just laughs with her "yeah i am glad you know because being Derek's cousin must have been hard!" And Derek growls at Scott and Rose hits Derek and says "down boy!" And we all start laughing... All except Derek.

*Rosalie*
"Ok it has been nice talking with you guys but me and Derek have somewhere to be so good bye" i say as i drag Derek out of Deaton's office. After we get in the car and i start driving Derek says "he was flirting with you! And you were flirting back, so i forbid you two dating" and i burst out laughing "wow Derek you haven't changed a bit have you!" And he just growled at me "hey you don't get to growl at me until i can growl back sir" i say and he turns towards the window and pouts like a puppy. I keep driving till i get to the hotel where i have a room i have reserved for two weeks "ok come on Derek" i say as i get out and start walking inside, and i look back and of course Derek is right behind me so i get on the elevator and press for the 4th floor because thats where the suits are and thats what my room is. "Ok Derek i want you to know that you can stay with me if you want so you don't have to stay there" i say as i unlock the door and head to the fridge to get some pizza "that sounds nice but i don't want to be a burden" he says and i roll my eyes "we can get your stuff tonight and you can stay with me till we can find somewhere else to stay" i say and i grab a kick start and head back out the door.
