Chapter 2• A hell of a year

Capricorn's P.O.V.

I stared at the letter in my hand as I walked across the pavement. I was going to Taurus' house to meet up with him and Scorpio. Today was an important day and I wanted to spend it with my best friends. After what felt like years of waiting ,the letter had finally come. Taurus' house came into sight and I ran up to his door.

"Dude! Open up!" I said as I knocked excitedly on his door.

The door slowly opened revealing Taurus, who looked like he just woke up. He took one look at my face and said

"It's too early for this"

And then he closed the door, right in my face! I knocked loudly on his door while screaming for him to let me in hoping he'd cave from the embarrassment of having a crazy person screaming at his doorstep but still the door remained closed. I looked through living room window and saw him chilling on his couch and watching TV. I groaned in frustration and began banging my fists against his window but still he pretended to be oblivious.

"What about the letters!?!" I shouted once more while waving my letter in the air hoping that it might gain his attention. I saw his eyes widen as he finally acknowledged what I said.

"Fuck"

He bolted outside to retrieve his letter from his post-box. I used this opportunity to sneak inside while he wasn't looking. I walked to his living room and leaned against the wall and waited for Taurus to come back inside.

Taurus's P.O.V.

"Fuck"

I said to myself as I unlocked the door and ran to get my letter. Cappy, Scorp and I were supposed to get our letters today and open them and I had completely forgotten!!

Note to self, apologize for slamming the door in Cappy's face.

I opened the mailbox and drew out the letter from inside. I stared at it in awe at the glory of the page inside that was the fruit of my work. I rushed inside and tore open the envelope. I pulled the letter out from inside and began to unfold it. Until my letter opening was interrupted by someone yanking the letter out my hand.

"Hey!!" I said as looked up to see Cap dangling the letter over my head. I made grab for the letter but Cap just held it higher.

"Tut tut tut" he said as he smirked, "You can't even wait for all your friends to be here? Shame on you, Taurus"

"But Scorp is always late!" I whined as made another grab for the letter.

"Nope!" He said as he dodged the grab once more.

"Stupid height advantage" I grumbled to myself as sat down on the sofa.

Cap placed the letter on the table with his own and strolled to the window.

"Scorp better not take any longer" I said.

"Huh, speak of the devil" said Cap as went to open the door

Scorpio's P.O.V

Beep Beep Beep Be-

I turned off the alarm on phone and checked the time.

4:30

Yup, right on time. I climbed out of bed and began my morning routine.

If the early bird gets the worm, then I'd probably be getting the supreme deluxe worm package.

I thought to myself as stepped out of the shower. I dried myself and changed into my favorite tee and some jeans. I headed to the kitchen to start preparing breakfast. A while later my mom walked into the kitchen.
