Yes, what she meant was an incident that took place during our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) 's time.
Anas ibn Malik (R) reported: A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, should I tie my camel and trust in Allah, or should I leave her untied and trust in Allah? " The Prophet (SAW) said, "Tie her, and trust in Allah"[Sunan at-Tirmidhi 2517]
We both were lying on my bed, exams are going on, I and Lamees always study together. So this time, due to Deedi's marriage shopping and house renovation, our studies lagged a bit. Still, we have tried our best to wake up early and study.

"Girls, Great studying going on, huh? I think you are tired of studying, Time for Snacks", she held out a tray of pancakes and desserts.
"THANK YOU, DEEDI"
I and Lamees jumped happily, Deedi handed us the tray and smiled.
"Eat well, Let the vitamins do their work too for your exams", she smiled again. Aww...Deedi, I am surely gonna miss you.
Lamees hugged Deedi.
"Make sure you study well, okay? ", she caressed Lamees's head and then went away.
Lamees turned to me,
"Ya Allah, she looks just like Thaahira Aunty, And she even has her manners too...Maa Sha Allah, Thabaarakallah, what a resemblance"
I knew she was observing Deedi so keenly, and I know she is missing my mom too, because mom didn't see Lamees only as my friend, mom always saw Lamees as her own daughter. And Lamees loved my mom to the core. It's been two years, We all miss her, but we know, mom is now in the most safest place in the world, coz, mom is with Allah.
