Phoenix's pov:
I woke up at around 1 pm, i would've slept for longer but Tj seemed determined to wake me up "what?" I mumbled sleepily "do you wan't to tell me what these are for?" He asked calmly holding up the bottle of prescription sleeping pills i chewed my lip, slightly embarrassed by the extra medication i had to take "it says there sleeping pills?" he said and i nodded "i have really bad nightmares... i've been taking them since i left, i stayed with Ricky for a little while, Jessica and him had just broken up so he had the space, when the dreams started he made me go to the doctor, who made me go to a psychiatrist and then the psychiatrist made me go to the doctor again and i ended up on these. it's why i was up so early this morning." Tj nodded as i finished mumbling my explanation, i lay back down "do you have a show tonight?" I asked and he shook his head "we're traveling all day." i sighed and then realised that meant i could stay in the bunk "okay, i'm going back to sleep." i told him and he shrugged "do you need to take any more? Or are you going to be okay?" I shrugged knowing that he'd now remind me before i went to sleep "i'm meant to but.." i trailed off and Tj grabbed his water bottle and passed me the pill bottle "take them then." he said, using his authoritative voice. i glared at him and took one, he smiled "i'm going to join you with that nap i think." he yawned and pulled off his shirt before throwing it to the end of the bunk, i moved over allowing him to cram himself in next to me. How we manage to fit in this thing together i do not know! Tj wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and held onto me tightly, resting his head on my shoulder "you know i'm going to make you take your sleeping pills right?" He said and i nodded "Ricky normally texts me but he didn't for some reason." I felt Tj nod and i began to drift off again "I love you phoenix.." he said tiredly and i was suddenly dead to the world.
Tj's pov:
I woke up and saw phoenix's hair spread across the pillow and her eyes shut tightly, i smiled checked the time on my phone, it was now six pm! Holy shit we'd slept for like five hours!! I slid out of the bunk letting phoenix sleep for longer, and walked out to the lounge. i saw Devin's wild hair and smiled widely at the familiar face of my friend "Dev!" I said and went to hug him, he hugged me briefly but he still looked upset "can you go get phoenix please?" He asked and i nodded walking back to the bunk room "nixy?" I whispered shaking her shoulder gently "Tj fuck off." she grumbled and i rolled my eyes "wake up someone wants to see you." i told her and she opened one "who?" I shrugged "get out of bed and you'll see." She sighed and got out of the bunk, i quickly kissed her and we then went back to the lounge. Phoenix saw Devin and ran and hugged him "how comes your here?!" She asked excitedly and Devin chewed his lip "i actually came to bring you your stuff.." her jaw dropped "what, why?!" She asked and Devin looked her dead in the eye "because i know you'd choose to stay with me, you'd feel like you couldn't leave me and i don't want that. your going to go back with Tj and your going to sort out your life and visit us as much as you can." she sighed "fine." she said emotionlessly "i'm doing this for you, you know that right?" He asked and phoenix just shrugged "whatever." her expression didn't change at all, it remained blank "Ricky says he loves you, Ang said if you don't come and get a tattoo soon he'll have to chop off your limbs to finish your sleeves." she laughed slightly and Devin continued "Balz said that oddities won't be the same without you being the creepiest cashier they've ever had and Chris said that he'll send you eyeliner so you can still feel like your stealing his, Ryan didn't say anything he just cried, i mean how many stupid pranks did you pull on us together?! My car still looks slightly pink in places from when you 'gave it a respray'!!" Devin finished giving her the messages and she smiled weakly "i'm going to miss you all." she mumbled and Devin looked over at me "your back home now." he said and smiled at me "i better get going, your stuffs already under the bus, i have to start driving." Phoenix nodded understandingly and hugged Devin again "thank you Dev, for everything. i Don't know what i'd do without you." she whispered as she hugged him, they let go of each other. Phoenix and I walked out with Devin and i hugged him before he got into his car, she grabbed hold of my hand tightly and we waved to him as he drove away. "I'm going to miss them.. so much.. LA's a long way from Scranton Teej.." she said and i nodded, "i tell you what, wait right here, i have to go find something out." i went to ask the driver if we were going to be driving anytime soon and he shook his head "won't be going anywhere until around 4am, i need to sleep to!" He said jokingly and i laughed "alright, hope you sleep okay joe!" He smiled and i went back to phoenix "okay you can go inside for a bit, i'll be back in half an hour, promise!" I said and she nodded before kissing me goodbye "i'll see you in a bit baby." i said hugging her, i figured she'd need a little bit of space, so she has it. i'm just not letting her mope about not being with the guys for the rest of the tour! I continued walking and got to the closest Walmart, man i love this place!! I grabbed a cart and walked around the store. When i got to the counter i had some cans of monster and raspberry peace tea, i also had a whole ton of popcorn and candy. the woman looked at me like i was insane as i paid for it all, i grabbed the bags and left, managing to carry the bags to the bus without dying! I climbed up the roof ladder and put all the bags on top before quickly going and grabbing my Laptop and a ton of blankets. i thanked whatever thing is in charge of this earth that phoenix hadn't seen me before climbing the ladder again and spreading the blankets across the top, i then mentally thanked Craig and his love for air-conditioning as i leant pillows against the AC box type thing on the top of the roof. when i'd eventually set all the stuff up and got the movie ready i text phoenix and told her to come up here. Just a few moments later she appeared and gasped "oh my gosh Tj! You didn't have to do this!" Her face genuinely shocked, i shrugged slightly and smiled "think of it as a second first date." i told her and she rolled her eyes "your so cheesy!" I laughed and pulled her down next to me "you love me though!" I told her in a sing song voice, she rolled her eyes and intertwined our hands "i do love you, you little weirdo!" She told me before kissing me deeply. when we eventually pulled apart i wrapped an arm around her and played the movie "what movie are we watching?" She asked and i shook my head "shush! Just watch!" She stared at the screen intently as the familiar cartoon woman with the butterfly wings fluttered across the menu page "Oh my god!" She said "you remembered?!" I nodded blushing slightly "after you left i bought my own copy, in a kind of extremely sad way it made me feel as if you were still here.." I admitted, she looked up and gently kissed me "well i'm here now, so you don't need to worry baby." she whispered and leant her head onto my chest "I love you phoenix.." i replied and played the movie "i love you to Tj.."
