You put your phone on the desk and look over at Matt.
"What did he say?" Matt asks, looking at your phone and back at you.
"Just told me to be safe." You say with a shrug.
"Lame. You figure Olinksly would come up with something better than that." Joanna says slyly from across the room.
"Joanna!" You say, locking eyes with her.
"What?" She says and then starts to giggle.
You look over at Matt and he looks back at you.
You look at the case file sitting on your desk and flip it open.
"y/n come here." Rush says as he walks into his office. You stand up and walk behind him.
"Close the door." Rush murmurs.
"Yes Sir." You say, closing the door and sitting down across from Rush.
"So y/n I just wanted to talk about you and Detective Olinsky." He says, sitting back in his chair and folding his arms.
"What about it?" You say with a shrug.
"How's that going?" Rush asks.
"Fine. He's just a friend." You say looking back at Rush.
"Listen, I don't care what you do with him. Honestly I love that the two of you are... " Rush's voice trails off.
"Rush!" You say with a smirk and lean forward.
"What? I'm just saying." He says with a smirk.
"So when do you want me to start undercover for this case?" You say, leaning back in the chair.
"Tomorrow, I'm having the unit go over what the initiation is and how everything works. I'd give it another hour and I'll let everyone go home for tonight." Rush says.
"Damn, that gives me like 14 hours to get ready." You say.
"Yeah." Rush says, folding his arms.
You stand up, walk out of his office and sit down at your desk.
"What?" Matt whispers over to you while not looking away from the computer.
"I got 14 hours." You say, letting out a sigh.
"You can make a lot of love in 14 hours." Matt murmurs with a slight smirk across his face.
You roll your eyes and look over at the computer screen. About an hour passes and Rush comes out of his office.
"Alright, what do we have?" Rush says as he sits down next to Kenny.
