More than enough

That Friday, Tae found himself at the same party he was at every week.

All the party was a bunch of college students playing dumb games, drinking and blaring music; the usual college student shit.

Tae had a red solo cup in his hand with alcohol in it looking at Copter shamelessly smiling at his phone screen.

"What's up?" Tae asked placing his cup on the table in front of them. He pretty much knew Copter was probably smiling at texts from Kimmon yet he still asked.

"Kimmon, he said he is on his way and told me not to get drunk till he is here" Copter said trying to calm his burning cheeks down.

Tae had always known how much Copter liked Kimmon, probably the only one to know. He was good at keeping secrets but it was painful to watch his best friend get hurt everytime Kimmon slept around with some girls.

"Ter?," Tae took a sip of alcohol, "Why don't you tell him about it?" he questioned.

"Tell who what?"

"Copter, stop pretending like you don't get it. I know that you do. I hate seeing you get hurt everytime Kimmon fucks around. At least, let him know about your feelings for him so you wouldn't have to suffer in silence anymore." Tae looked at Copter with concern.

Copter immediately chugged down the alcohol from his cup and also Tae's. "Do you really think he would ever like a boy? He is the most heterosexual among us and you know that very well. Plus he was never into serious relationship," Copter's eyes reddened as he clenched the cup.

"Copter, i didnt mean to-" Tae placed his hand on Copter's shoulder.

"I get where you are coming from Tae and I know why you are concerned. But i like it this way. I've been watching him for 11 years now and i could've said it to him if it was possible but no,"

"I know that it would ruin everything we both had and also break our group. Im used to this pain all this years and Im totally fine loving him from far. Having him as my best friend is more than enough for me,"

Copter wiped his tears as he was done saying what he had to say. Tae was left speechless and just rubbed Copter's back trying to calm him down.

"COPTERRR!!! TAEEE!!!" Kimmon screamed towards where they both were sitting to let them know that he was already there.

"Ter, tell me you didn't drink without me" Kimmon was almost screaming at Copter as the music was blasting.

"No wayyy, i was waiting for you to arrive" Copter replied loudly with a big smile hiding the pain he was in moments ago.

Note: Kimcop does not develop in this book since i solely wanted it to be TaeTee yet i still thought of writing this part as a lead to the Spin-Off of this book.
