First meeting

"There she is..." a girl whispered.

"Oh my God, she's prettier in person..." another one said to her friend.

"Isn't she Mrs Allen's Protege?"

"She is, she's been away for competition for Landon the last year..."

I sighed as I walked through the halls.

It was technically my first time stepping into Landon, a collage of preforming arts as well as a big music Company who's name is well known as other music schools in the countries. At the age of Seven I had been sent letters from many schools asking me to enter as a prodigy, but I would turn them down due to pressure of making one school mad.

I was entered into Landon by their senior director, Mrs Rosa Allen, as her Protege and representative for Landon in a Summer festival. Ever since than I would travel to small places for competitions with Rosa and win each time, with only one loss against another worthy performer at the time, though I never did get a chance to know his name.

After the year I had finally gotten entered as a 'student' as to say for Landon, and ever since than I was nicknamed the princess of Landon by some of the students, having won many awards for the school during my year away.

At this time my hair was at mid-length, having it grow out again from the length I used to have it before I cut it off. Though I was wearing a baggy sweater at the time just like I always did back in highschool and middle school.

I had been following Rosa from behind as I had my hands in my pockets while trying not to look at everyone around me, a common thing I just did when people would talk about me.

"How far is this 'suprise'?" I said.

She chuckled before stopping.

"We're already here." She said smiling at me before I tilted my head a bit confused.

"A door? In the school?" I asked rasing my eyebrow.

"Not just any door‐-" she said pausing for a moment before opening the door. "The door to your studio!" She said happily.

I looked at her again before looking inside the room in suprise. She lead me inside to a somewhat big room with a piano inside as well as a couch, bookshelfs and other things a music studio would have for a pianist.

I just looked around in suprise before I looked at her again.

"Wait!? So this is...all mine?" I said still in shock.

She nodded happily.

"Well of course silly, as my Protege and Landons well known 'princess' it's only fair for me as Senior Director to offer you this for all the hard work you've done for the school." She smiled before being suprised by my sudden hug.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I said happily.

She chuckled lightly before patting my head gently.

I quickly let go of her in my own embarrassment.

"Ah sorry..." I said as I began clenching my arm a bit before she pulled it away.

"Its alright don't worry, I do need to go for a meeting, I'll be back home late again so take care of yourself." She said.

I nodded before she had left the room.

Rosa and me having been living in the same apartment together since I moved out of my mothers home. We'd become close since we've been together, almost as a mother figure to me as well as a friend.
