ARIANA'S P.O.V

This isn't possible. Alice told said she was in Florida the day the particle accelorator exploded. Why would she lie to me? "Hello?" Felicity said. "What?" I said. I really need to pay attention more. "I said why don't you tell her to meet you tonight at Verdant?" Barry said. "Sure," I said taking out my phone. I sent a quick text. <<VERDANT 2NIGHT?>>. I got a reply right away.<<HOW about 8?>>. I took a deep breath. <<SEE U THEN>>. <<MEET U OUT FRONT>>. "She'll be out front at 8," I said. "Great you and me will meet her there, Roy will be working, Cisco, Caitlin, and Felicity can be at another table, and Diggle & Oliver can monitor from down here," Barry said. "Sure why not? It might be fun," I said.

"See you guys at eight," I said walking away. "Where are you going?" Caitlin asked. "We are going shopping," I said grbbing her arm and Felicity's wrist. They protested but I ignored them. "Look, Alice knows what people wear to a club. If you don't look the part she'll know somethings up. Okay?" I explained. They both nodded. "Good now try these on," I said handing Felicity a red dress with a black belt & T-shirt sleeves and Caitlin a black long sleeve dress. For myself I grabbed a deep purple dress with spaghetti straps and black leggings. I also grabbed a pair of black ankle boots.

I met Barry in front of Verdant at 7:58 p.m. He was wearing ripped jeans, a T-shirt, and a red leather jacket. "What is it with you and the color red?" I teased. Before he could answer I heard a familiar voice. "Aria!" Alice yelled before hugging me. "Hey Ali!" I replied. "Who's this handsome young man," Alice asked. "Barry Allen. I'm her boyfriend," he said. "Let's go inside," I said. On our way in we passed Roy who was serving drinks. We went up the stairs to a table in the corner. Right in front of the table where our friends were. We sat down. "You lied to me Ali," I said. "I beg your pardon?" Alice asked. "You told me you were in Florida when that particle accelorator exploded. But you were there. The explosion changed you," I said. "How would you know," she questioned. "Because it happened to us too," Barry said. I discretely summoned a ball of energy the size of a golf ball. "What can he do?" Ali asked gesturing to Barry. "I'll show you," he said.

We got up and walked to the curb. I hailed a taxi and we went out to an old warehouse outside of town. "On your mark, get set, GO!!" I said. He took off. "Holy crap!!!" Ali said. "Now you wanna tell me what you're doing robing convinience stores?" I asked her. "My mom stopped paying for my things and I could't think of any other way to get more money," she said. By now Barry was back at my side. "Did you ever think of getting a job?" Barry asked. "She is, how did you put it?, allergic to work," I said laughing. "So what do are you doing these days?" Ali asked me. "You know, other than helping him fight crime in Central City," she continued gesturing to Barry. Barry looked shell shocked. "Come on how many other people have super speed?" Alice asked. "You'd be surprised," Barry answered. "And how many other people can fire energy blasts?" she asked looking at me. "Busted," I said.
