Part 4 - The Tomb <3

Later that day I had awoken again in an unfamiliar place. I looked around and there were several people surrounding me. "Out of my way" I heard a strong female voice shout. They all moved away from me and I was met by a women with brown curly hair. "Where am I?" I asked her. "You're in what they call The Tomb" she rolled her eyes. "The Tomb?" I whispered to myself. I had heard my father and brothers talk about this place before. They said it was where they kept vampires so that they couldn't harm anyone. "What is your name?" she asked and sat on a stone.  "Rosaline" I replied nervously. "Well Rosaline welcome to The Tomb of hell" she smirked and walked away from me. I stood up and went after her. "Sorry. Erm... I couldn't help but think you said Tomb of hell?" I shook my head and laughed slightly. "Yes that is what I said" she laughed and sat at what looked like the entrance of The Tomb. "If you know where the exit is then why do you just sit here all day?" I said a little confused. "The witches put a spell on it making sure anything supernatural can not escape" she explained. "Oh" I signed.

I sat over on the other side of the tomb and that's when I noticed my friend, Thomas, sat in the corner. "Thomas?" I whispered as his head lifted up to see me. "Rosaline?" he jumped onto his feet and gave me a hug. "Are you a...?" I asked not wanting to say the word. "Yes afraid so. I was turned trying to protect you. A guy was after your father" he explained. "Niklaus" I signed. "Wait..." The women from earlier shouted. "Who said Niklaus?" she yelled. I looked over at Thomas and we looked at each other worried. "I did" I admitted. "How do you know that name?" she asked looking frightened. "He killed me and turned me into this... thing" I looked at my clothes. "What was he after?" she raised her voice at me and began to pace up and down. "What makes you think he was after something?" Thomas tried to protect me. "Just tell me. What was he after?" she shouted making me take a step back. "Someone called Katerina" I replied quickly and nervously. Her face dropped and she began to panic.

"Why would he think you knew where she was?" I turned to Thomas and started to panic. "He thought my father knew where she was" "Why would he think that?" she questioned me further. "Because my dad's a vampire hunter and he put me in here" I blurted out and then covered my mouth as I realised what I had just said. "Wait so you're telling me that your own father hunted you down and locked you up in here?" she said with a stern look upon her face. "Correct" I nodded and looked at the rest of the Vampires.

"Why are you so interested in this Katerina person?" I asked. "Because I am Katerina Petrova but I have been using the name Katherine Pierce for years. Niklaus has been chasing after me for many years now. He must have found out that your dad had captured me" she explained and began thinking. She looked as if she was in deep thought, thinking about what her next move would be. "Why is he after you?" I was curious. "I'm a doppelganger. Klaus was planning on using me as a sacrifice in order to break the curse that bound his werewolf side. Then I found out that if I was to turn into a Vampire he could no longer use my blood, so I did. Klaus is so annoyed with me that he has been hunting me down for over 500 years" she explained. "Oh. So you've been on the run from him for years?" I asked. "That's right" she nodded.

"Why don't you just fight him? Won't that get him off your back?" She began laughing at what I had just said which made me rather confused. "You haven't been a Vampire very long have you?" she laughed. "First day actually" I smiled. "Thought so. Niklaus is an Original Vampire. Nobody fights the Originals" she continued to laugh. "Why not?" I shrugged. "The Originals are the first ever vampires and the most powerful. They can only be killed by a wooden oak stake. There's several of them. Klaus, Elijah, Finn, Rebekah and Kol. And then there's Mikael. The vampire who hunts vampires." she explained. "If you ever see one of them, Run. Run as far away as possible. All they do is bring people like us trouble"  She explained further. "Got it. Ever see an Original run away" I took note of her advice in my head.
