Second chances....or more

Chapter 9

It was now March and all the snow had melted and it was about 60 degrees, oh I love summer. I we were on spring break and me and Johnny were at the beach and we were sitting on a beach towel.

"That's where you beat Daniel up." I looked over to where he beat Daniel up and the memories of seeing Johnny for the first time made me get butterflies.

" when did you start liking me?" I asked him. I looked over and he was looking out at the ocean. "After you flicked me off." He said. I giggled, I never knew that.

"Hey, you told me you were going to teach me karate, I know punches, can you teach me kicks?" I stood up and grabbed his hand. " pleaseeee." I gave him puppy dog eyes.

"Fine." He laughed. We got up and went to a more secluded spot where there were less people.  He guided me threw the front kick. And he demonstrated.

He wanted me to kick his leg and so I did what he asked and kicked his leg. "That was good." He smiled. I remembered watching a video on how to take someone's legs out, so I tried it.

I wrapped one leg around Johnny and spun as he fell on his back. I giggled as I sat on his lap. "Wow." He said quietly.

I smiled and kissed him. I felt his arms wrap around me and shivers went down my spine. His hands went through my hair during the kiss and I smiled into the kiss.

All of a sudden I felt his tongue graze my bottom lip and I got nervous. Quickly, I pulled away, looking into his eyes. " I'm sorry, I shouldn't have  done that." He looked at me and I looked into his blue eyes.

I remembered what his sensei said to him once. 'Don't be a pussy.'Went through my head and I kissed Johnny again, this time his tongue traveled in my mouth.

We were in perfect sync and I felt complete. All of a sudden I heard Daniels voice and I looked up. My hair was in my face and I quickly took my hand and flipped is back away from my face.

I saw Daniel and Ali together and I got so nervous. I quickly got off of Johnny and he stood up. "Hi Daniel." I said nervously. I looked at Ali and smiled nervously.

"Hey, well I didn't think I would see this. We are going to go." Daniel said. "Yeah, sorry. See you at home." I said. Him and Ali walked away and I looked at Johnny.

"This just got awkward." I giggled nervously and he wrapped his arm around me. "I was thinking, and I want you to meet my mom." He said. I smiled.

"Really?" I looked into his blue eyes and blushed. "Yes red cheeks." I laughed when he said that. "That really could go two ways." Johnny got it and started laughing.

"But seriously, there's a country club event coming up, and I want to bring you." He said. We started walking and we got in his car as we talked. I would be terrified, but he assured me that his mom would love me. They were rich, so they could afford things like country clubs.

I agreed to go and he said he would pick me up tomorrow At 5:30pm. We pulled in my apartment and I gave him a small kiss. "See you tomorrow." I smiled and left.

I walked into my apartment and asked my mom if I could go, she obviously said yes. I walked to my room and took a shower. I touched my lips and smiled. I can't believe I was dating the Johnny Lawrence.
