Urban Legend - Janah Mavery
Jonah's POV
July 2, 2020.
The day that will never forget, the day that I lost someone that I love. It all happened last year,
July 2, 2019.
Jack and I are dating for a while. After a night of being horny because it was Jack's birthday. Jack really made a big mistake.
General POV
At 2 am, while Jonah is sleeping, Jack got up and left Jonah's place. He went to his car and drove off. Jack didn't notice first until it proved fatal when a drunk driver collided with his car. The impact killed Jack on the spot. He died inside of the tunnel.
Present-day
Rumour has it, that whoever drives the road at two in the morning, will suffer the same fate as Jack. Jonah did not believe this stuff, he thought it was all urban legend.
As usual, Jonah went to his daily work, but tonight he goes home late. He came across the same bridge that Jack died. He didn't listen to the rumors so he went through the tunnel. Halfway there, his car broke down. Since the road is empty because it's two a.m. He checks what wrong with his car and saw everything was fine. He fastens his seatbelt and turns on the engine but it didn't work which left Jonah scratching his head. Then heard someone calling out his name. He flinched and saw no one in the distance. He turned back and tried again but failed. Then an apparition appeared, it was the ghost of Jack. Jonah cannot believe what he is seeing. The ghost kissed him on the cheek and whispered in Jonah's ear. "You should have listened to the urban legend bitch. Since you didn't listen, you're next." Jonah's eyes widened as he heard a speeding car ahead. He tried to break free, but the seatbelt was secure too tight. Then with the final moments of Jonah, the car collided just as Jack predicted. Glass shards punctured his body, his face bleeding from the impact. His lifeless body stayed there until morning. Jonah's soul left his lifeless body and he looked at Jack and Jack said. "Congratulations honey, we now haunt this bridge.
