and of course he sat down.

I looked at him and he slightly smiled and I just rolled my eyes.

I felt someone kick me from under the table and it was my mom.

Mom: "be nice" she mouthed

I fake smiled.

Everyone else sat down except Mattias dad cause I guess he was at work.

*if I said were juniors just no, we're seniors... in the beginning of the school year of course. 😭*

Maria: so y/n your mom tells me your applying for colleges already.

I swallowed my food I had in my mouth.

Y: yeah I actually started to last year.

Maria: what your top college ?

Y: Yale University. I'm trying to get in with financial aid, and I'm working on a scholarship.

Gian: what's a solarship

Mattia laughed.

Y: it's scholarship, and it's when you have good grades and you play a sport you could get into college without paying

Gian: ohh okayy

Y: Yupp.

Maria: that's good that you have a bright future ahead of you.

Y: yup.

I then felt
A hand on my thigh, I thought it was gian and he wanted something but it wasn't gian.

He started going up and down giving me a crazy amount of butterflies.

But I literally hate him- 😐.

I put my hand on him to take his off.

I looked at him with devilish eyes and mouthed, "stop"

He shrugged and mouthed back. "okay"

Gian: ouu are you guys boyfriend and girlfriend ??

Y: ew no

Mattia laughed.

Mattia: never that

Gian: then why are you guys holding hands.

Thank god my mom and there mom aren't hearing this, there having there own little convo.

Y: gian I'm not holding his hand

Gian: okay whatever you guys say

He rolled his eyes and smirked.

Then he whispered to me.

Gian: I wish you were my sister in law, your better than those ugly bitches

I gasped cause he never curses.

Y: thank you, but don't curse

Gian: okay I'm sorry .

Mattia just had to butt in.

Mattia: who's cursing ?

I pushed him back.

Y: nobody so stop being annoying.

Mattia: well it's MY brother so I need to know what he's doing or saying

Y: then maybe  you should act like his brother
