Universe Wars

Greed - the inordinate desire to possess wealth, goods, or objects of abstract value with the intention to keep it for one's self, far beyond the dictates of basic survival and comfort. It is applied to a markedly high desire for and pursuit of wealth, status, and power.

Greed is the root to all evil.

Set in the very center of the universe is a Crystal that shines brightly for all of civilization on every planet to see. For as long as it is shining there will be peace and unity among all those that inhabit the wandering stars. Some pray to it, some worship it, some even sacrifice to it to ensure that it will always protect them. Some want it's power all to themselves.

Untouched it provides safety and security to everyone who sees it's light. But in the wrong hands it can cause chaos and destruction.

Far into the corner of the universe sits planet Veruga, it's people led by an evil, greedy creature called Romast. Romast set his sights on the Crystal and demanded that it be his possession and not be shared with anyone else any longer. He sent an army to retrieve it, but they were unsuccessful in their endeavor. For when they approached and had come too close to it's proximity, it shattered into thousands of pieces, executing every single one of them.

Romast was unsatisfied that he could not contain all of the power that the Crystal held. He sent more and more armies searching, scouring, and questing for the pieces of the Crystal. No mercy or humanity was shown to anyone as the armies invaded planets in search of the pieces. They hesitated not to slay anyone and anything that stood in their path.

Out of the stars rose a group of "kids" that were out to stop Romast and his armies. And they called themselves NovaStars.
