It had been about one week since they started playing together. And it was 6 days until Tommy's birthday. Since then a lot has changed. Tommy had somehow convinced Phil to send him to the same after school daycare as Tubbo. Which meant that for three hours, they played without Wilbur. This led to a lot of confusion, so Wilbur told them not to do anything "plot" related until he could play. Ok sure, Wilbur was getting into the game, so what? It was the only thing he could do. During that one week period, they created a lot of new characters. Eret, a king toy from a burger king happy meal, Badboyhalo (named by Tommy after they told him to think of more creative names), an assassin toy brought by Tubbo, and Punz, another ken doll but this time with a grey hoodie.

The plot had been simple so far. They were starting a revolution against the tyrant Dream. It looked like they were about to win, when all of a sudden Eret betrayed them to become king. All hope had seemed lost until Tommy spoke up.

"Wilbur, Techno told me that sacrifice is the strongest thing a warrior can do. Is that true?"

"Um, yeah." Wilbur lied, not having a clue what Techno told him.

Tommy suddenly got up and ran into the house, leaving Wilbur and Tubbo alone. Tubbo waved awkwardly at Wilbur making him giggle and wave back. Finally, Tommy returned with two DVDs in hand.

Tommy shoved these two discs into Wilburs hands. "There! My favorite movie! Charlotte's Web! Look, I even brought the bonus features disc!"

Wilbur looked down at his hands and stared at the discs. Tommy loved this movie. Every time it was his turn to pick the movie to watch during dinner, he'd pick Charlotte's Web. They had watched it so much that he had almost memorized it completely. Wilbur guessed that he loved it so much because the main character's name was Wilbur and was also a pig, which was Technos fencing team mascot.

When Wilbur looked back up he saw that Tommy had already started digging a hole under the slide. He then turned to Wilbur, zip lock bag in his hands and tears in his eyes.

"Hey, Tommy you don't have to do this." Wilbur reassured.

"But I have to! It's the only way!" Tommy said, wiping his tears.

Wilbur was shocked. He didn't think that Tommy had it in him to do something like this. It felt wrong to make him do this. But the look in Tommy's eyes showed Wilbur that he wanted to do this, to prove himself.

Then, after a long sequence of looking at Tommy then to the discs, Wilbur sighed and put the discs into the bag and placed them in front of Dream who was sitting on one of the slides steps. After a few seconds, the doll falls over onto the discs, like it was accepting the deal. There was cheering, there was crying, there was singing. There was also a noise complaint from Techno but they didn't care. They had just gained independence. Tommy felt bittersweet as he watched Tubbo bury his discs in the hole he made.

"Don't worry, big man." Tubbo said patting Tommy on the back. "we'll get them back one day."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

After one week Phil finally trusted Wilbur to at least pick up Tommy from after school day care. Wilbur didn't have a car, but Techno did. He had built it himself, with the help of his friend Zak, or as he liked to call him, Skeppy. The problem was that Techno doesn't use the car at all since he just walks or runs everywhere. Wilbur almost felt like he just got one so he could make Wilbur pay every time he needs to use it. At least this time he got the ok from Phil, making Techno furious. It was a salmon colored pick up truck that looked straight from the junkyard. Every time he used it he felt like sinking from embarrassment.
