Niki woke up feeling the empty side at the place where Jungwon was supposed to be sleeping in, did he leave early today? Niki asks himself while looking around the room. He just woke up and is kinda in hopes wanting to see Jungwon's face early in the morning, he really does

Yawning slightly, he manages to walk himself out of bed, he needs to start moving anyways. Since it's his day off today, he's staying at home all day today. Jungwon's working hard, he's filming a drama and is currently taking the main role. Niki somehow feels worried about his well being at times, Jungwon's a busy body by day and a parent at night and mostly he comes home exhausted and tired to death

His feet took him out of his shared room with Jungwon, walking himself towards the baby's nursery. If he's not seeing Jungwon then, he'd rather see Jiwon wake up then, seeing their baby wake up reminds him so much of Jungwon either ways. The way her cheeks are squished when she sleeps, the way she has her hands curled up into small little fists when she sleeps, yep, Niki sees Jungwon in her a lot

He slowly opens the door, hearing soft little noises from the room, he guesses Jiwon's now awake. Walking towards the crib, he could see how she really like biting her fingers a lot, she feels contented "Did my baby just woke up?" He softly starts squishing her cheeks softly, Jiwon's little fingers soon wrapped around his finger tightly, and he's now reminded about the time in where Jungwon cried in the hospital because Jiwon held his finger for the very first time. He said it's somehow a thing he should do

He brings her into his warm embrace, holding her so securely. Niki could say this to you, he's somehow scared to hold a baby but, since Jungwon encourages him to since it's their daughter, he eventually tries and this ain't bad as he thought it'd be. Jiwon soon started squirming, Niki panicked and soon started rocking her in his hold gently, he really doesn't like it when she cries because she looks so cute in that way possible

"Shhh...it's okay, Papa's here." Eventually to his surprise, Jiwon calmed down and he's relieved of that fact. He looks down, she looks so tiny being held in his embrace, in fact, Jungwon looks more like an expert when it comes to babies "Did you had a good dream?" Jiwon looks up to him, her round, big and doe eyes stared right at his. He tried shifting her into a more comfortable position as of how Jungwon had taught him one time "...Don't you miss...Daddy though?"
