~y/ns birthday~

today's the day. The day i turn 14, honestly i feel like an actual teen now. As my eyes open revealing my y/c/e, a slight smile shines on my face. I got up in a hurry and hurried downstairs seeing everyone.

"hey guysss" i said dragging out the 's'. They all looked at me confusingly. "uhh hey y/n?" tom says raising his eyebrows. "do you know what day it is?" my face lightens up. Everyone looks at each other clueless and shook their heads in sync. My face dropped instantly. "y-you don't know what today is?" i said sadly. "yeah it's thursday" i sigh. "oh yeah right. Thursday" i walk over to the bench to where my breakfast was sitting. By now everyone was putting their plates in the sink.

Tom comes over and hugs me "i gotta go to work, have a good day". he kisses my head and says goodbye to the rest.

Then eventually everyone left and it was only me. "they don't remember my birthday?" i asked myself as my voice cracks. I took a deep breath in and let it out. "it's fine, there's always next year".

Few hours go by and the front door opens. Tessa hurrying to the door. I looked over and saw my family with bags of groceries. I look down sadly. "hey y/n" sam says ruffling my hair. "hey sam" i got off the couch and helped mum with the groceries.

After i helped put the groceries away i walked back out to the lounge room.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" i jumped and screamed. Everyone was laughing. I looked around and saw balloons and a poster saying "Happy 14th Birthday". I smile. "Awhh thank u guys." tom runs over to me and hugs me, same with the rest of the boys. I then hit tom in the chest. "jerks, i thought u forgot!!" i exclaimed and folded my arms. Tom chuckles, "that's what we wanted u to think, when i said i was going to work i went out and got all of this, mum and dad got the cake and the rest got ur presents from all of us" i rolled my eyes and laughed.

Then i hear singing from behind me "Happy birthday to you..." mum and dad sang. The boys looked at each other and they all sang "happy birthday to you...happy birthday dear y/n!! happy birthday to youuu! hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray" i made a wish and blew out the candles. "what was your wish?" paddy asked behind me. "That'll be bad luck if i told everyone" he smiled.

Little did they know, something big was coming for them.... 😈
