ー He will just silently hold you until you have stopped crying , he'll just sit there and hold you whilst he rubs your back . when you have finished crying he will look at you and say ' your okay , im okay , everyone is okay , everything is okay . im here , your here , were okay . ' he will just continue to hug and rub your back while humming your faveroute song . afterwards he'll take you out to get your faveroute food no matter what the time is .

ー He would know exactly what to do , because he's more than likely had a panic attack before . he will sit you down away from whatever or whoever caused the panic attack , he will hold your hands and say ' hey , its okay , just focus on my voice and breathing , nobody and nothing else matters right now . your okay , im okay , nothings going to happen to you or me . if you need to cry then you can cry . im here to wipe your tears for you puppy . ' once your done crying he will just sit and hold you until your okay , he will whisper sweet nothings into your ear quietly . he will tell anyone who interrupts to go away . afterwards he will tell you to take a home day , and if you have school he'll tell aizawa your sick
Bakugo :
ー He wouldn't realise straight away whats happening but as soon as he does , he will go all protective . he will take you away from any noise , people and what caused it and sit you down on the floor . he will sit in front of you so you can't see anyone else and tell you to focus on him . then he'll say ' Hey ! Do you see me ? im okay right ? Do you see yourself ? See your okay . Touch my hand . you can feel it cant you . Listen to my voice . You can hear it can't you . See you can use your senses , which means your okay . ' once you stop crying he will pull you into a hug and just continuously says that he loves you and that your okay . after he will stick by you the whole day , and he will ask aizawa to move seats next to you .
Shinso :
ー He would take you into a quiet and cool ish room so you dont overheat , and he will look at you and say ' hey , hey , hey , its okay , nobody saw its okay , im here , dont worry about the other people , we are the only people who matter right now , focus on my breathing okay ? ' he would take your hand and put it over his heart , ' see ? my heart , its beating , im okay ' then would place your hand over your heart ' see ? your hearts beating too , which means your okay ' we are both okay ' once you finish crying he would sit and hug you for a few more minutes , the he would get up , take your hand and go get something to eat , either from a vending machine or a shop

ー He wouldn't realize straight away but when he does he gets really serious ish , he will take you somewhere to calm down , and when you both are alone he will say this with a smile ' hey hey , its okay , im okay and so are you ! Look what i can do ' he held his hand above your head and activated his quirk a little and made your hair go staticky , so all of your hair stood up . you laugh at this . he continues to tell a few jokes , and when your done crying he will sit on your lap and play with your hair whilst hugging you , then when your okay he will take you to your dorm and tell you to chill out , he will explain what happened to aizawa if it was a school day and aizawa would let you rest .
Kirishima :
