The Kiss

After the party

Y/N's POV

"Hey, we should go live!" I suggested.
We were all bored as Millie, Sadie, Gaten, and Caleb had all gone to sleep.
"Alright!" Noah agreed and pulled out his phone.
Emily and Finn were also awake and were dancing to the soundtrack of frozen 2.
"SHOW YOURSELF" Emily screamed.
"LET ME SEE WHO YOU AREEEE," Finn chimed in.
"Hey guys, wanna go live with us?" Noah asked, not wanting to interrupt their weird ass moment.
"YeAhHh" Emily screamed.
"Okay okay calm downnn" I say.
I know full well that Emily gets hyper around a boy when she's crushing on him.

On the live

"Hey guys, it's Noah and I'm here today with my best friend Finn, and my new friends, Emily and Y/N, who are new to the Stranger Things cast." Noah said as people flooded onto the live.
"Hey" I said, with a smirk as I look at Noah.
Comments were posted saying, "You were the one Noah held hands with!", "You're so pretty, Noah you better treat her well", "She's so pretty omds", and one that caught my eye.
"What're Emily and Finn doing in the background", a fan account asked.
Noah and I both turned around in shock seeing that Emily and Finn were pretending to be 'us', mimicking us and pretending to kiss. This aroused suspicion on the live when Noah blurted out, "Is that supposed to be us?" He asked with a laugh.
"Oh my god please no," Y/N screamed.

After the live

It was now 4:57am.

"Imma head out, I have to get some sleep, have the big freshman prom scene to film." I said to Y/N and turned to walk upstairs. As I turned around, I saw Emily and Finn collapsed on the floor, asleep.
"Night Noah," Y/N shouted as I was on the top step.

Y/N's POV

After a few minutes

I needed to talk to him. He's the only one that can me calm down. I ran upstairs, passing the pile that was Emily and Finn. I ran to his door.
'Noah?" I said quietly so not to wake anyone up.
There was no reply; so I lightly knocked on the door. And he came. He answered and looked concerned.
"Y/N?" He said as he rubbed his eyes, "Why'd you knock on my door? You could've just burst in."
"I- because I'm smart enough to know not to barge into a boy's bedroom."
"What did you think I was doing-"
"Nothing hahah"
"Well anyways, what's up?"
"I'm hella nervous about tomorrow. Like excessively."
"Don't be, we're filming a scene that goes right in the middle of the season, the freshman prom."
"Yeah, but I can't dance-"
"We have a dance teacher you do realise"
"Oh."
"It'll be fine, you'll be with me and it's only Sadie and Caleb that have to kiss in it so we're all good."
"O-oh alright"
"What's wrong now?"
"I- why don't we get to kiss? I mean, new character, new interest"
"Do you want to?"
"For the sake of the show, yes!"

And with that, he kissed me. His lips were soft and light. The kiss was amazing; and believe it or not, but he was my first kiss. Noah Schnapp. Y/N's first kiss. Wow. As we slowly moved away from each other and looked into each other's eyes, but for a second, we didn't realise that Emily and Finn were stood in the hallway, watching, eating chips.
