Chapter 13

hello everyone I am so so sorry for updating this part after such along time. Actually i had my semester exams going on and now I have a very big assignment to complete. But still I will come here and update as and when I get time.

Once again I am very sorry and also thank you so much for waiting so patiently and cooperating with me.

Now back to my dear story 

Unnati Pov

I am so happy today after such a long time. Tomorrow is the most awaited day of my life. Tomorrow we have to showcase our jewelry designs. I was super excited as well as nervous at the same time. My only dream since childhood was to become a jewelry designer and I have worked very hard for it. I checked my phone and it was already 11:30pm so I quickly checked If I have properly kept all my designs and then changed into my night things and went to sleep. It was pretty obvious that I couldn't sleep the whole night because of excitement and nervousness and kept on checking my phone for time. But the time seemed to pass so slowly today.

Finally, it was 7am and my alarm bussed, I dismissed it and got out of my bed. I went in the washroom to freshen up and to have a warm water shower. After taking my shower I came outside and quickly wore my outfit. While drying my hair I called all my models to check if they were ready and told them to reach on time. Then I quickly did my makeup.

 I was wearing my shoes when my phone bussed and it was Manav, I answered the call and kept it on speaker. He said I am waiting outside your house come down fast, I said coming just wearing my shoes. He said do it fast baba otherwise you will be late for your special day and I hope you don't want that to happen. When ha said the last word, I was already down I went towards his car and set beside him on the passenger seat and said let's go.

After about an hour drive, we finally reached the location. I was very nervous and I know it was clearly visible on my face. As soon as we got out of the car Manav pulled me into his tight comforting hug and tried to calm me down.

 To be honest it actually worked and I calmed down a little. Then we went inside and we were guided towards the green room, where all my models were ready to showcase the designs. Inspite of being very nervous I gave them all a very motivating pep talk and they were completely ready for the show.

The show had already begun and next was our turn. After about 2minutes the anchor called my name and I wished all the best to my models and sent them on the stage. Now inn the end I had to go on the stage and I was very nervous my hands and legs were all sweaty and I was shivering. 

Tears started to fall from my eyes and at that time Manav made me sit on his lap and started rubbing my back and said unsuu I know you can do this and you will do it I know. You have worked so hard for this; I am damn sure you will nail it. He gave me a fore head kiss and then I could hear the anchor calling my name and I got up from his lap and he wished me luck and I went on the stage and stood in the center.

Somebody gave me the mike and I took a deep breath and began explaining about my designs and why I chose these over other types. After my explanation was done, I thanked everyone and the whole auditorium was filled with claps, and we started to exit the stage.
