Chapter 13: Meet my super family!

"Who are they? I haven't seen them in your house that day." Hazel asked pointing at the couple on his phone while he peeped at the photo and asked her to scroll to the next image.

Mentally chiding herself for asking unnecessary question, she simply scrolled to the next image and her eyes grew wide looking at the whole family.

Changing his gears he said, "You wanted to know about my family. That's my family."

They were heading back to the Li Fonti Mansion for dinner and of course to live there permanently. They spent all day making love and making love and making love and making love....

As discussed Mariano was going to arrange men to pack her things the next day. However, she packed her essentials especially the lingerie and other 'products' which were her super secrets.

To say she was pleased would be such a small thing. Growing up all alone all these years all she wanted and wished for was a huge loving family. With a small sweet smile taking room on her beautiful face she said, "Ricardo, tell me about them."

"You see the couple in the centre? That's my nonna and nonno; Leonardo Li Fonti and Isabella Leonardo Li Fonti."

"They are such a lovely couple and are the back bone of our family. My nonno is a great man and believe me no one would want to mess with him except my nonna. My nonna is the only one who has the guts to call him names and keep him in control."

"Omg! Your nonna sounds interesting."

She said looking at him in pleasant shock while he passed her a naughty smile saying, "Believe me sweetheart, my nonna is a very cunning lady. She is so sweet I tell you. And she makes the best pasta. Trust me you will end up eating the plate too."

Of course he earned a playful glare from her at the mention of 'pasta' and replied, "Wow! I would love to meet them."

"And you will! Anyway, so the couple on my nonno's side are Alessandro Li Fonti and Katherine Alessandro Li Fonti. AKA my sweet parents."

"My papa is a funky dude and he was a charmer when he was a young man. Even though he is jovial but yes, when it came to mafia or human trafficking, the enemies were never fond of him. He is a dangerous man with the jovial funky dude disguise."

"My ma is such a sweet lady. She has temper but if I just show her my puppy eyes, she will just forget everything and hug me. My ma is just the best! And the tortillas she makes are just the besssshhhhttttt!"

He said with a super cheeky grin playing on his face while she rolled her eyes at the way he included 'tortillas' in this conversation and said, "Yes, I love your parents. They are cute."

"I know. They are just the best. Anyway, the couple on my nonna's side are Alexander Eugene Knight and Cynthia Alexander Knight. They are Cici's parents AKA my zio and zia."

"My zio is a very, very, very dangerous man. I would say people fear him even till this day. He is ruthless yet generous. Ruthless to the bad and generous to good! He is someone you would never want to mess with. He is basically an angel and a devil wrapped up in one."

"And my zia... Ah! My sweetie zia is such a darling. She is such a great strong woman and is the best match to my zio. She is a writer and her books oh god... They are so well written. And I bet, once you read her books you will be her huge fan. Oh my mouth is already watering. Zia makes the best chicken. Oh zia, teach my girl how to make awesome chicken!"

He said dramatically throwing his hands in the air while she passed him a snarky glare and hit him on his shoulder saying, "Stop being a drama queen and concentrate on the road."
