studying

I had a huge test coming up in school in a few weeks and I really needed to study or it felt like I had to study all the time and I barely left my room the only time I really left my room wax to get food or a drink I was drinking alot of monsters to keep myself awake at night to study most nights I studied through the whole night and tonight my boyfriend Max texted me Max🥰 - heyyy can I come round to see u miss u I smiled at his message for a second but I still felt like I hadn't gotten enough stuff in my head for the rest yet so I replied me☁️ - sorry but I have to study for my exam coming up soon but soon I promise I felt bad turning down spending time with my boyfriend but I continued to study and around 12 at night I got a notification from Instagram saying max started a livestream so I joined the smile on his face made me smile he started playing one of my favourite songs it's you by Ali Gatie (I actually recommend it also strawberry and cigarettes and In the Morning by Anthony Ortiz anyway back to the story) I smiled as he played it in the piano
A few nights later...
I heard my mum on phone to someone she is really concerned about how much sleep I have lost and keeps telling me to take breaks during studying but I just can't she ends the call then fines in and says she will bring up my dinner shortly then leaves I start wondering why she didn't nag me to take I break from studying but I just brush it off when she brings up my food I eat it then start to look back at the books and postet notes which are all over my bed then suddenly I there is a nock at the door I hear the door open and close but I don't look up from my notes just assuming it was my mum but I hear a very familiar voice say "hiii where are my hugs?" I look up from my bed to see Max there I say "I can't I need to study for my test" I hear a sigh come from Max's mouth he comes over and says "your mum called my mum to ask me if I could come and over see u and try to get u a break from studying your mum says u haven't slept in 2 weeks" I sigh "yh but this test is important" he pulls me into his chest and wraps his arms around my waist and says "please just take a nap u need it I'll be here when you wake up" he says kissing my forehead I nod and instantly all asleep as soon as I am in his embrase I wake up its a Saturday I feel a pair of eyes on me I look up to see Max looking into my eyes "morning how did you sleep?" I smile and say "goodnight" and snuggle back into his chest he laughs at my gesture "but seriously I slept great" "I'm glad to hear that now how about we hang out today just the two of us" he suggests I nod my head getting up and picking out my clothes for today which was one of Max's hoodies and a pair of sweatpants and we spend the day together we went yo London and then stayed outside on his families trampoline to watch the sunset
