At the breaking of dawn,two figures can be seen wrapped in all black clothing and sneaking out of a house at the outskirts of the village...

While two figures were also watching....

Mayina and Jun got a message from Randy to meet as early as possible today,on their way to town they saw mayina's parent visiting the witch....

Puzzled they continue on their way to town even though both had their thoughts, they didn't say....

Half an hour later they got to Randy's shop....

After the pleasantries, they got into the main discussion...

With a depressed face, Randy started narrating what he heard when he went to the capital..

'' There is a rumor of war,the capital is quiet on the surface but underneath people are scared,some are secretly stocking up food and also leaving the capital''

'What war'??? I thought this was a peaceful era...' Mayina thought aloud
When she came back to her senses she saw the way they were looking at her, she knew she made mistake..

''Wife,ten years ago there a war between our country and country E,that lead to the starvation and famine,the south was most affected because we share a border with country E, even though it seems like we won and they retreat,a lot of ministers supported country E during that war,country E wants to colonized us,well they have the modern technology,I heard even electricity but here nothing evolved.....

Surprise and amazement showed on Randy's face..'' Jun I didn't know you are so knowledgeable about this....

Mayina's face showed how proud she was, Jun blushed when he saw how she was looking at him..

Randy continued .....''I called you guys to tell you to stocked up, buy more raw food materials and clothing...

''But where do we store up, Jun asked..

For mayina its nothing ah she has the space but what will she tell them..

'' Why don't we start stocking up first, we will find where to store them later, and if a war is going to happen we need a safe place to stay, we can't be in the middle of war and won't they recruit men ''  said mayina 

'' Well that brings us to the next discussion I want us to have, we can go to country's E immigration office they accept new citizens but only if you have something to offer,we don't have that kind of money but we have ourselves... answered Randy

Jun picked up fast....'' you mean offer ourselves as soldiers in exchange for citizenship...

'' Yes, from the information I have gathered, as an immigrant solider you get a place for your family to stay,while you are at war, an allowance also,you can also surrender as a farmer, country E practices more of socialism everything needs coupon to buy,distribution of food according to your work points...but the easier way is to be a solider,

'' What is your decision? Jun asked...

'' Solider....

His servant gasp 'uhmm, master''

'' Am not as weak as you think, in  the next few weeks I will prepare to marry if she is willing to follow me, then I will make arrangements to immigrate to country E, Jun go home and think about it, give me your answer soon.

Randy can see from Mayina's face that she is not even here,just the physical body....he also thinks this is not a discussion for ladies but she handle it well...

Jun was also worried about Mayina's silence...

While mayina that everyone is worried about is making a mental list of what to take and what not to take, who and who not to inform,what to buy, how much money do they have at home....

Randy's servant quickly kneeled before him

'' you know you are not a servant right?? Randy asked..

'' master you saved my life,i have sworn to follow you all my life ''

'' Then prepare yourself ....

'' Yes master but master who is the girl you like,it wouldn't be madam's maid servant right??

'' Hmm....

The servant was shocked but he saw that his master has already close his eyes....
So he quietly left the office....
