Harriet was walking down the hallway trying to concentrate on whatever Jasmine was blabbing about (probably about her latest boy toy), when she suddenly heard squeals, she and Jasmine both exchanged looks and turned to see what all the ruckus was about. Then a guy that she had never seen before was walking casually down the hallway completely oblivious to all the attention he was receiving.
As he passed, the girls who were practically fawning over him just a minute ago almost passed out, when he gave them a small smile and a little wave, but he kept on going completely ignoring the fact that most of the guys were glaring at him and half the population of girls were giving him weird stares attempting to be flirtatious with him.
When he reached where Jasmine and Harriet he stopped,and something about Harriet put him in a trance and made him mesmerized but he didn't stop and just continued his search for the main office so he could collect his schedule and start his first day.
