They don't usually have any powers and if they do they aren't very strong. They are usually mistreated. Then we have the high hierarchy. The most rare type. The population has 38% of the high hierarchy. These half-animals are usually half-animals like, wolves, foxs, lions, tigers, and half-animals like that. These three keep the world balanced, perfectly aligned, but there's always bound to be someone stronger than everybody else. A dragon."
