-Readers pov-
I was walking with Gon and Killua. We were just kind of messing around and goofing off. Gon had accidently tripped and fell into some mud, so now he is covered in it, even his face. He doesn't seem to care too much though so that's all that matters.
"I gotta go guys, I'll catch up with you later!" Killua said as he ran off. Looks like it's just Gon and I now.
"Hey y/n wanna go get some food, because I am starving!" I wasn't too hungry but for his sake I agreed to go get some food.

I cannot fathom how Gon can eat so much food. My body would never be able to consume that much food at once.
"Gon I have a question."
"Yeah what is it y/n?" he asked as he looked for good skipping rocks around to take to the pond with us.
"Who's your bestfriend?" He stood there thinking for a minute before he responded with, "well I would have to say my two closest friends are you and Killua. But why do you ask, were you scared that you weren't one of my friend?"
"No that's not it, I was just curious. And I just wanted to let you know that you are my best friend," I said blushing just a little.
"Aw thank you y/n!" He said with a bright smile one his face.

We had an bag full of rocks to skip, and only 20 minutes into being here Gon has already gone through half of it. Luckily there were some good ones here if we ran out of the ones we brought.
We were having a grand old time when Gon slipped and fell into the water.
"Hahhaaaha!!" I just stood there holding my stomach laughing as he tried to process what just happened. While I was laughing he stood up and grabbed my to pull me in with him.
I was shocked to say the least.
"GON!!" I yelled. I did not expect him to do this, I was just a little upset.
"If I'm going to be in here you're going to endure it with me! A little water won't hurt," he said in a playful tone. And of course he is smiling and laughing.
His laugh is honestly contagious, because I too started laughing. We spent the next hour playing in the water and skipping stones. Today turned out to be really fun, the day that I was actually really upset about, and I was dragged along by Killua and Gon. But I'm kind of happy that I was.
