Chapter 9

Y/N POV

Walking to Pledis with hands full of bags with snacks is pretty tiring. Hoshi had sent me a long list of what members wanted and let me tell you, some of them ain't cheap.

"I am here with snacks!" I yelled out as I entered their practice room. Everyone turned over and was walking towards me slowly while Seungkwan started screaming.

"Oh my god Y/N!~" He ran towards me to grab all of the bags in my hands and look through them for his snacks.

"Did you guys not eat yet or something?" I wondered as I look at some of the members crowding near the bags.

"We did, we just get snacky when we are practicing," Joshua explained.

"Ahhhh, I see."

"Y/N, I got to tell you something," Joshua started. I looked up at him signaling him to continue. "I told the members about what you told me. They had asked me why I went to your place and what we talked about. They also were curious about everything. I told them not to see you any different though because I know how you don't like that. I hope you don't mind."

I looked at him and smiled, "I don't mind Joshie. I should thank you instead. This is just helping me open up more if anything. I wouldn't want to keep repeating the sad memory over again. So thank you."

Relief, Joshua patted my back in comfort and whispered a small thanks for not being mad.

"Y/N! Watch us dance yeah?" Hoshi begged with puppy eyes.

"That's what I'm here for." I chuckled at his childishness.

They said it was a new song that they were working on.

"It's called 'Left & Right'." Woozi proclaimed happily.

They all got into position and waited for the music to give them a cue to start. When the music started, they started dancing and singing a little here and there. They were amazing. Everything seems perfect. Everyone is so synchronized like they had practiced this for years and became muscle memory. The lyrics as well was so meaningful and refreshing. The music came to an end and they all looked at me, panting, waiting for my feedback.

"Uhhh, Y/N?" My mind snapped back to reality.

"Uh?"

"Well, what do you think?" Jun asked with hope in his eyes.

"Honestly," I spoke, "It's so good that it made me speechless. The dance move to the lyrics, everything is perfect to me."

"WOW! We did that good?" Mingyu laughed.

Members were jumping up and down like little kids, excited to show their fans what they have created.

"Y/N, we got you and your team tickets for our upcoming concert. Can you come?" Seungcheol offered as he held out the tickets for me.

"Of course! It still leaves me a good amount of time to practice for the championship too. I can't wait!" I stated as I grabbed the tickets.

"Because you are going to watch us, we will watch your competition too! Through the TV of course." DK promised.

"Hey, when you are on camera can you give us a little sign?" Joshua requested.

"Sure, what should I do?"

They started throwing out many ideas.

"Finger hearts!"

"The Woah!"

Until Minghao mentions a great idea, "How about part of the Left & Right choreo? The part where we do the thing with our arms."

"OOOO, nice idea. The music video and the concert is before then too so it wouldn't spoil anything." Hoshi assured.
