The weather is getting warmer but the snow still covered the whole land. Nature tried to break its way. The snowdrops came out of the ground and bloomed. The sun was shining so brightly. It was a beautiful day. They won the battle against the deads and the Night King a couple of days earlier. During the battle, he almost lost her. He lost her from his sight and that scared him more than he ever thought. He wanted to do the right thing. He wanted to deny his feelings but he realized that is the worst thing that he could do. Who did he want to betray? That woman meant his life. Daenerys Targaryen was the only woman he ever really loved and nothing could change that. Not even the opinion of his sister. He doesn't care about it. After the victory dinner she went to his room and the moment he looked into her eyes and kissed her again he knew. He knew he can't lose her. He asked the question. The question that he could've asked at the moment they spent their first night together on that boat. He was sure in his feelings back then either way he would have not gone to her room. And she said yes.

He was standing there. In the Godswood at Winterfell and waited for her. Waited for her to formally strengthen their relationship with the law. Not because he had to do it but because he wanted it. He wanted to marry her and spend the rest of his life with her. He lowered his head and he couldn't stop smiling and when he raised his head she was standing there in a wonderful white dress. Her hair was down and she looked more beautiful than ever. She bit her lower lip and walked closer with a huge smile on her face. Jon couldn't take his eyes off of her.
"Hi." She whispered to him when she stepped next to her love.
"You are beautiful." Jon took her hands and leaned closer to her.

"Are you sure... you want this? Do you want to marry me and..." she blurted and avoided looking at him.
"Dany." He placed one of his hands on her cheek and raised her head. "I want nothing more. Just you. By my side. Now and always." He smiled at her.
"Now and always." Dany nodded with a smile and Jon wiped a tear away from her face.
"I love you Daenerys Targaryen.
