Mari's POV

They did it. They've gone too far.

I ran as far as my legs could carry me, not caring where I ended up, as long as it was far away from them. I eventually landed in an alley near the hotel and cried my heart out as Tikki tried to comfort me.

"I'm so sorry Mari, but you need to calm down" my kwami spoke to me in a calming voice but I didn't listen

"I can't calm down Tikki. They went too far today!" I cried as I clutched the remains of my tiara close to my chest.

It was a gift from my boyfriend to me, and no my boyfriend is not and will never be Adrien Agreste. I will not date a spineless cowardly idiot that stands by and watches as I get bullied, never in my life will I do that.

So you may be wondering, who is this boyfriend of mine? No it also isn't Luka Couffaine, he is dating Kagami Tsurugi who broke up with Agreste when she heard about the whole 'high road shit'. She chose to stay with me along with Chloe, Luka and Nino, who believed me over the liar. The only reason he doesn't hang out with us is because he's a spy, like an inside-man. Trying to get as much info of every lie and assault from the liar and her posse for Chloe, who is working on a case against them. She's a very famous lawyer, yes at 18+ and has never lost a case. She goes by CB

My boyfriend is none other than Damian Wayne. Yes THE DAMIAN WAYNE. You may be wondering how on earth am I dating Damian Wayne?! Well long story cut short

Chloe's mom Audrey Bourgeois along with uncle Jagged and Penny took me, Chloe, Luka, Kagami and Nino to Gotham for the summer last year. We attended a gala where I met Damian who was rude at first but he later warmed up to me. We later recognized each other from the league where we grew up and were forced to get married, which wasn't all that bad.

Then he took me out on a date and 3-4 dates later he asked me to be his girlfriend, officially. None of his family members know except Monsieur Alfred, I mean he does know all. He and my true friends also know about our hero identities and he is trying to help us crack the case on Hawk-Moth's identity without his family knowing.

The tiara was his one year anniversary gift to me this year when we went to Gotham. Its a simple diamond tiara, but has a lot of beauty. It also has a small robin in a ladybug at the center and other pretty diamonds all over. He told me its a symbol of his love to me and how I am his queen always and forever and I promised to cherish it forever.

So now you might be wondering, what happened?

Well

I took the tiara to school today but I kept it safe in my bag so it wouldn't get lost or destroyed. A fruitless effort because I came back from the restroom with Chloe to see Alya and Lila searching my bag and taking out the tiara. Nino couldn't do anything and Lukagami come to this school but are in a different class. Lila started some shitty story of how I stole the tiara her boyfriend gave her *gags* and Alya went all "How could you Mari-brat?! You know what! If you want it so bad then have it" and she smashed it to pieces on the ground and it shattered as she insulted me to the core.

And here we are now, I ran out immediately ignoring the cries of Chloe and Nino.

"I'm sure Damian will understand Mari" Tikki tried reassuring me

"Oh no! He'll be so mad and break up with me and believe Lila and then I'll have no one left and..." I continued rambling and crying so hard.
