the dorms were peaceful as everyone was locked in their dorms or silently hanging around in the common rooms since it was raining and there wasn't much to do outside with bad weather.

todoroki arrived at y/n's door, knocking on it before entering. y/n opened it door and let the half and half boy into their sanctuary.

hesitating at first, todoroki sat on y/n's bed whilst y/n came to sit by him as while. he clearly had a sad look on his face, he looked like he was done with life as a whole.

"do you wanna talk about it?" y/n asked.

todoroki replied with a simple no and grabbed one of y/n's plush pillows and put it on their lap then slowly laying his head the down on the plush pillow. his face looking up towards y/n.

"could you pet my head please?" todoroki sighed was turning to the face the other way.

"sure"y/n said, hands already entering his peppermint swirl of hair.

"how about we watch sailermoon together, how does that sound?"

y/n obviously didn't know how to comfort todoroki in times like this and they knew he clearly didn't want to talk about and wanted comfort, but y/n didn't wanna sit through silence forever.

"that sounds fine,thank you y/n" todoroki said with a small smile on his face,y/n still petting his head comforting the boy with severe family issues.

he was grateful for them always being there for him even if they're not talking, silence was always comfortable with y/n.
