RECAP:
"You ok?" He asked but had worry plastered over his face.
His mood changes are something else...
"Never been better." I smiled back at him and he untied the shirt.
Lifting my hands down, I wrapped them around his muscular back and lent into his lips.
He pulled back from me and muttered "Et je suis toujours accro."
("And I'm still addicted.")
ASHTON'S POV:
There was something unbelievably intimate about waking up next to someone.
Strips of golden sunlight shone into the room and Becca had managed to wrap herself around most of my thin sheets.
I woke up with my arm lay across her stomach and her head was tucked into my bare chest. We hadn't bothered dressing ourselves after last night's events, as we had already seen every inch of each other.
Also we were so exhausted, that we had drifted to sleep after another heated kiss.
She stirred slightly, which brought me back from recalling what brought us here, and buried her head further into my chest whilst placing a hand onto my torso.
But all of this felt too intimate.
After all, she is my best friend's sister and my sister's best friend...everything felt so wrong.
But, then why did last night feel so right? And why does her touch alone light my body on fire?
I know that my younger self would think otherwise, but Becca and I couldn't happen. I just have to get past my liking towards her and move on. I got what I wanted after all, so why do I still long to be between her legs?
Carefully shuffling out of the double bed, I made sure to place her head on a pillow and moved her dark curls away from her lips.
The things those lips can do...
Trying to snap out of it, I pulled on some shorts from my drawer and made my way out of the room.
Everyday in Marseille was getting progressively hotter, so shirts weren't even an option in this sweltering heat.
There was no sign of anyone in the house waking, so I decided to skip writing a note and opened the backdoor to a wave of hot air.
Thank god for household aircon...
Jogging down the staircase, I turned left onto the beach and made my way onto the deserted sand.
I didn't pause before turning my jog into a run and concentrated on my breathing.
Time to clear my fucking head.
REBECCA'S POV:
The heat of the water on my skin caused a perfect burn as I dragged my soapy hands around my body.
Looking over to the counter, a stupid smile crept onto my face as I remebered last night. Even thinking of the things that Ashton did to me caused small butterflies to erupt inside me. But best of all?...
...There were no strings attached.
Ok... so things are going to be super awkward between us from now on, but It's not like I really talk to Ashton anyway. Plus, in group situations I will easily be able to make an effort to engage in other people's conversations. I'm also leaving in less than a month, so how hard could it be?
