Have you ever had a strange feeling that something is going to spiral into a horrible place.? I have. Have you ever watched someone die as you watch your eyes widen? Have you heard your parents screaming as they fought to protect you darkness eating away at their flesh and bones until nothing is left? Has this darkness taken you in as it's own and nurtured you as it's own child soothing you when you hurt and wiping your tears when you cry? I have experienced this. I wish I could retreat back to its caring arms but "once you leave you can never come back".
I opened my eyes with a faint grumble letting them adjust to my comforting setting. These nightmares needed to stop my days were hard enough as it was. A concerned face was inches from mine. "You were having a nightmare Baki are you sure you're alright?"
I nodded and flicked his face lightly with a snowy white wing to get him to back up. He sighed through his teeth. I could tell he didn't like my answer but he left me be leaving the room closing the door with a soft click of the latch falling into place. I rolled over onto my side looking at the analog clock that sat there angrily just preparing itself to tell me I was late. Three am.
I sat up and opened my sketch book. I started sketching a face. I'd seen it in my dreams repeatedly. He was haunting me with a bright smile and giggle like a dolphin having a seizure. He was a wonderful person it seemed. I can't place his name but he's handsome.
