The sun filled the sky above Eventide. Basking him in its warm light. He sat perched on his centaurian legs, staff resting against shoulder and cape softly billowing in the gentle wind. High up on the peak of Mount Domain, waves crashing far below. He stared into the distance, eyes slightly milky. His long face bore a frown as he muttered to himself.

"They never stood a chance...a thousand years of peace. Broken by the one realm humans forgot existed."

Near by, a small woodland fairy darted and danced in the wind. Her dress of green leaves flowing behind her.

"I don't like when you blend realms Even. It's pretty creepy. You're already kind of weird looking."

Eventide looked up from his meditative trance, eyes clearing as he brushed his golden yellow hair from his face. He pivoted in place to face the fairy.

"Bean, do you even realize what this means?" His eyes widening as Bean flew towards the ground, snatching a beetle from its scurrying walk and tossing it into the air. The small fairy, only barely bigger than the beetle, giggling as it landed on its back and struggled to right itself. Eventide bent over and flipped the small purple and green shelled beetle back to its feet and looked up as Bean hovered in front of his face. Her orange unruly curls framing her face. She smiled.

"I don't know what you saw, silly."
Eventide held a hand out. Palm facing up, as Bean landed on it and sat cross legged.

"I saw IT. Shathari. Released from his sleep."
Bean scrunched her face up in confusion, cocking her head slightly. "What's the big deal? That old dragon is dead. Not...." Without warning, Bean's eyes closed as she began softly snoring. Eventide cradled her in his hand, softly finishing her sentence.

"Asleep? Like you, my little friend? Not at all. He's been waiting for so many years to be discovered again. This world will not withstand his might. Our realms cannot sustain Vale's fall. We need each other, like you need me."

Standing up and gently setting Bean inside the hood of his cape. "I have to speak to the counselors. They have to know the visions."
