Chapter Eighteen - Christina

I'm now 24 years old and have 2 kids. Spencer is 35 with 2 kids and we've just moved in to our new house. It's close to JJ and Will which is great for everyone. We're having a little party at Spencer and I's for my birthday. Everyone's excluding my father. Our father is still in prison and will not be seeing my children. Lucia and Henry are pretty much best friends since we introduced them and Morgan brought Hank to join in with us. What's sad is that we can't spend time with Aaron and Jack. Lucia would have loved to meet him.

Avery, Shaw and Joel are all here too. Shaw applied for a job in New York and got it at a big law firm. Joel is thinking about become an ME so he can help us with cases and Avery is hoping to start her own business once her college year ends.

For my birthday Spencer got me the first edition on Jane Eyre which melted my heart. JJ and Will got Spencer, myself, Celina and DD matching Genius tops. Mine said Mummy Genius, Spencer's says Daddy Genius and the twins' says Kid Genius just like Spencer used to be. Avery and Joel got me a new mum pamper set. Shaw got Celina and Derek-David to onesies that say FBI agent in training and my mum got a DIY set to make baby swings. Derek and Savannah got me stack rings with my initial, Spencer's, Celina's and DD's. Rossi got personalized car decals of our family. Penelope got us 100 babysitting coupon that we can cash in whenever that made us laugh since she loves kids. Emily got me a new go bag for when I get back to work, it has a lot of pockets which I love and Luke got me a gorgeous leather back book for me to write down thoughts on the case. Tara got us a gorgeous New York city skyline canvas for our new house and Spencer's mother got us 2 pairs of white converse for Celina and DD with their initials on them in black. We've been to see Diana a couple times since we got out the hospital, she adores the twins so much and I saw that Spencer was starting to tear-up at the fact his mother got to see his children. Diana was so excited to hear about there names. Before they were born my mother started to get better so Celina is a mix of my mother and Spencer's and Derek-David is of course Derek Morgan and David Rossi. Rossi and Hotch had been my father figures to me when I started but since Hotch left I wasn't allowed to contact him to tell him but he has to be in witness protection and looking at us from hiding.

As we were all talking, Joel asked to talk to me. So I stood and walked over with him to the kitchen. He looked happy and I wasn't sure why maybe it had something with the business for Avery's we were all helping with.

"Hey, so I have something to ask you" He said looking over to the group of people in my living room making a fuss over my children.

"Sure sure what up?" I asked looking over to see the twins smiling super cutely at Spencer and Garcia.

"You know how you said I wasn't to get you anything for your birthday that cost a lot because all you wanted from me was to make your sister happy?"

"I do remember saying that yes why?" I asked getting confused.

"I know it's you birthday but do I have your blessing to marry your sister?"

"Oh My God please do, that just means you have to get married on Lucia's birthday, just so it's fair" I said laughing. I gave him a hug and he left to get something from his car. I went back to sit with Emily and Rossi. Rossi gave me a proud father hug and we sat for a while. After about 10-15 minutes Joel came back in looking nervous.

"Here goes" He said lowly.

"Avery, can you help me with these flowers, I need a woman's touch" He said getting some scissors. I saw Avery walk over with Joel and fix the flowers up. Then they moved in to the living room and Joel spoke up.

"So I have something to tell you guys about the business. I... want Avery to start the business... as my wife. So Avery will you marry me?"
