Chapter 3

Adelaine's POV

"Dark days come too,darling,"

I was shocked and frozen at the same time,and this man or boy even,was kissing me.I didn't kiss back because obviously he just came out in a fucking coffin.And I don't know whether his a zombie or a corpse.

He pulled back,noticing I wasn't kissing back.I didn't look up nor look any part of him.The sight of him just makes me sick.

Then,suddenly like out of nowhere he pushed me up against a wall,rather harshly.

The air was knocked out of me.His body was dangerously close to mine that's when I looked up,to his captivating green eyes.

I felt like I was in a trance,but I quickly brushed it off.I'm going to regret this.I brought my knee and kicked him where the sun doesn't shine.

He groaned in pain,falling to the ground and holding his crotch.I guess,that's my que to run.I took off running.I don't know where I'm going but as long as I avoid him at all cost.

My lungs were on fire but that didn't stop me from running.I looked back seeing if he was still there but to my suprise he isn't.I guess he ran? My clumsiness took the best of me.I bumped into something hard.A wall? How did a wall magically appeared infront of me? Unless...

I looked up and saw him.How did he ran so fucking fast? and got here first?

I immmediately backed away,falling in the process.In a blink of an eye,he's gone? What the actual fucking fuck?! What's happening to me or him?

Just then ,a deep and most likely a demonic voice whispered in my ear from behind.

"You'll pay for that,"

I jumped and stood up from where I was sitting before and turned around to see no one.

Is this some kind of a sick joke?

"Yes,"That same demonic voice whispered,reading my mind.What the hell?

I just stood here,scared shitless and shocked.I took a deep breath then finally turning around to face my worst nightmare.

I didn't dare to look right up in his eyes,considering I'm only 5'4 and he's 6'1 and he's towering over me.

"Look at me,"He said.I kept looking at my shoes,seeming like it was the most interesting thing in the world but in reality I'm terrified.

"I.Said.Look.At.Me,"He rose his voice everytime a word passed by and I still didn't look up.

"Look at me!!"He shouted,like really shouted.I have to cover my ears just to prevent my eardrums fromn getting explode.I had no choice so I just look up in his eyes but,then soon regretted it because I soon slowly and completely blacked out.I heard him spoke.
