Dark Nights

Chapter Seven

It feels like it has been hours now. I have been hiding at the back of the hospital waiting for Izuku to save me. I still feel like a pitiful villain. Eri has been calm which I was thankful for. I suppose she felt safe in my arms because she knew me, but she really shouldn't feel safe at all.

While waiting I heard voices nearing my location. I look down at Eri to see her asleep. Wow. I can't believe she is asleep. I wake her.

"Eri wake up and be quiet."

She wakes and looks up to me with a curious face. I make the shh sound to her and she copies me.

"Good girl."

I peak out from my hiding spot to see Eraser Head.

"Izuku?"

I whispered into my head piece.

"What?"

He sounded mad.

"Well...Eraser Head is near my location."

"Okay. Deal with it."

I gulp. I sit Eri down on the ground.

"Eri stay back here and hide. I'll be right back."

She nods and I walk out of my hiding spot to deal with Eraser Head. It's time to use my skills and prove I'm not to be messed with...

"Hello hero.."

Eraser Head gets in a fighting stance.

"Where is she!?"

"Oh! Eri? She's fine."

"What's your quirk? Are you working with the Leauge?"

"And why would I tell you any of that?"

He begins to approach me but I hold my ground.

"How about this..you tell me your quirk and I tell you mine.."

He stops maybe a foot away from me.

"Tell me where Eri is now!"

Is all he says.

"I see how it is.."

I go to attack, but suddenly I'm trapped in Eraser Head's scarf.

"Woah..moving quickly aren't we?"

"Shut up! Where is Eri?"

"Are you using your damn quirk on me?"

I question, but then realize that his hair is straight up and his eyes glowing. He clearly was not that it mattered.

"Now tell me where she is!"

Eraser Head stops using his quirk as his hair falls back into place.

"I told you she is fine. Why worry about some little girl when you have me all tied up in front of you?"

I try everything to distract him and nothing...

"I won't ask again..where is Eri?"

Eraser demands of me. I stay silent.

"Mr. Aizawa?"

Eri's small figure came into view as she appeared from behind the trash bin we were hiding behind.

"Eri come here quickly."

Eraser tells her.

"What? Eri stay where you are!"

Eri is frozen in place frightened and confused. Suddenly Eraser uses his scarf to throw me away and I hit the ground hard. I felt dizzy from the impact of hitting the cement but I got up as quickly as I could only to see Eraser escape with Eri in his arms..

Izuku is gonna be so mad! How could I have failed my first mission? I still felt dizzy..I go to rub my head only to feel a warm liquid. I bring my hand down to see blood on it from my head. I collapsed to my knees feeling faint and soon I hit the ground again and my world goes black.
