Silence.Complete silence.I check the time and my clock reads 7:50.Wow,I woke up 10 minutes before my alarm.I get up and take a nice warm shower.While I change into a a croptop and shorts,I think about what happened yesterday in first period.After I finish dressing up,I head downstairs.Moms made bacon and egg so Owen is eating and coloring on his Disney coloring books at the same time while Andrea is finishing up homework."Morning guys!",I say.Owen is too caught up in coloring that he ignores me."Morning July",Andrea say cheerfuly.When Andrea was a baby,she could never say Juliet,so she said July.Now its my nickname."Morning sweetie,can you drop off Andrea on your way to school?Owens elementary school is having Open House today,so I need to go a little early so I can go do my shift earlier today.",Mom asks.Moms a Pediatric Doctor,and sometimes she needs to go to work early."Sure,wheres Dad?",I ask."Your father had a problem at work,so he also needed to leave early.",she says.I quicky eat my bacon and eggs and head outside with Andrea.Next to my car is Tristan,smiling while waiting for me.I blush and say goodmorning."Goodmorning Juliet",he says,staying with his adorable smile.I hop in the passenger seat and give him my keys.Andrea get in the backseat and Tristan starts the car."Hey,can you stop by the middle school,I need to drop Andrea off.",I ask Tristan.The middle school is right next to the high school,so he says"Ok".I reach for my water bottle and take sips of water."Hey Tristan,why are you coming with my sister,are you guys guys dating or something?",Andrea asks.I almost spit out my water and start coughing.Tristan chuckles and says"Sadly,were not dating.But hopefully we will in the future!",he says smiling at me with a wink.I smile back and we make eye contact.Were at the middle school already and Andrea leaves the car saying,"Im going to leave you two lovebirds alone.Bye!",she says.I start blushing and Tristan pulls out of the front of the middle school and we go to the high school parking lot."Well,that was awkward",I say shyly."I dont think so,I was telling the truth.",he replies.Wait,OMG.DOES TRISTAN LIKE ME BACK?!We make eye contact and he blushes."Listen Juliet,I need to tell you something,I have-"."RING-RING-RING-RI-",I answer my phone because Brianna calls."GIRL WHERE ARE YOU?!YOURE LATE TO CLASS!",she yells.I check my phone for the time,and were 10 minutes late!"TRISTAN,WERE LATE,RUN!",I say quickly.We dash out of the car and we run to class."Race you there!",he yells.He gets ahead of me,but luckily in middle school I played softball and soccer.I run and start beating him."WOOHOOOOOO!",I yell.When I get to the front doors,hes still running a little behind."AHHHHHHHHH",I hear his voice yell.I turn to see him trip and fall and next thing I know Im sprawled on top of him on the ground.I start blushing and Im shocked with hair in my face.He softly tucks that hair behind my ears."Your so pretty when your blushing,did you know that?",he says quietly."Tristan, I-".Our moment is inturrupted by a familiar voice."WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING!",Principal Jobs says strictly.We look at her and back to each other and quickly get up."Im so sorry Principal Jobs,we were walking to class quickly because we were late and Juliet tripped and fell on me,and-"."That type of behavior is not allowed her.Today both of you get detention!"We frown and head off to class,and even though im upset with detention,I still have butterflies in my stomach.
