Chapter 12

Jordan sat next to Ghost against the wall of the shed thing they were in. Somehow on the way to PIE headquarters, they'd managed to get themselves stuck, mostly due to the ghost readings Ghost had been getting from it. It turned out to be a level 3 young girl, and trapped them.

Ghost sighed, "We can't stay here forever you know." He said in a perfect imitation of Jordan's voice.

Jordan nodded. He'd kept his silence when Ghost was around. There had been another incident when Jimmy had broken free, and Jordan had taken the opportunity to ring the Acachallas on Ghost's phone. Ghost had kind of accepted he was never going to hear Jordan's voice.

"Well...has anyone got any ideas?"

"If Cywren was here..." Timebomb sighed.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the shed door.

"Hello?" Ghost approached it quietly, even though he didn't really have to since he'd just called out.

"Hello! Who're you?" The voice sounded like a young girl, but it definitely wasn't the voice the ghost had talked in. Timebomb looked up at the door as she spoke.

"I'm Johnny Ghost, Paranormal Investigator Extraordinaire! What's your name?"

"I'm Cywren Caster!"

"Cywren?" Timebomb had gotten up now and stood next to the door. Jordan's eyes were wide.

"Hi!" The girl laughed a bit, "Are you stuck?"

"Yes! Can you pick the lock?" Timebomb asked. The voice didn't sound like the Cywren he knew...

"Okay, I guess." You could hear her getting out a bobby pin and start unlocking the door. Timebomb waited nervously.

There was a click.

Cywren stepped out from behind the door.

"Cywren!" Jordan said n surprise.

Ghost was confused, "Why...? Why are you so surprised? Did you know-"

"What?" Timebomb asked, still really surprised. This wasn't right.

"Did you know her whilst she was alive?" Ghost finished his question.

"Was alive?" Jordan questioned.

"Level 12. Her spirit seems amazingly desperate to stay. I've never seen anything higher than 9 before... She could move on if she wanted." He looked at Jordan, "Your voice seems incredibly similar to-"

"She's dead?" Timebomb interrupted.

"Uhh..." Cywren reminded them of her presence, "Who are you? I'm not dead... Slendy said I wasn't. He's nice."

"Slendy...?" You could tell that Ghost was getting very confused, "You know SlenderMan?"

"You know him too?" She smiled, "I can go get him if you like. BEN is nicer though."

"You know the CreepyPastas?"

"CreepyPastas?" Timebomb asked. The only person who knew the entirety of what was happening was happening here was Jordan, and he didn't like it much.

"Basically, Timebomb, you don't want to be around them much..." He explained quickly, "Cywren, do you want to come with us on an adventure?"

"Okay!" She pulled her gun out of her belt, "I'm ready."

"Then let's go." Jordan grinned and stood up.

Ghost nodded, "Now that that's all sorted, will you explain why we're similar in both appearance and voice?"

"Umm...coincidence?"

We're about to hit 2K, which is AMAZING since this book only has 12 chapters! I promise that I will get out an extra chapter for 2K :)

Also, go read meh new book, Dimension 2.1. It's a play on the different dimensions created and is going to involve lots of PIE fanfics, including Kris Krate and Dezy from the Ghosts in the Kingdom series! :D
