I licked my lips as I stared at the naked body of Ajax Arlo.

Ajax was on the bed and his abs were revealed. Ajax had long light brown hair. His olive skin made his lime green eyes stand out more.

Ajax was a minor god who was in charge of timekeeping. Ajax was the God of this world that we were currently in as well as the author of the book, "The Gold Knight".

There were many worlds, each minor God was assigned a world to watch over.

Some worlds do not have minor Gods as those worlds do not have essentially what I call chaos in them. Out of all the worlds in the universe, minor Gods are only tasked to the worlds filled with chaos.

The minor Gods must watch over the world they are assigned and make sure to choose a hero and a group of sidekicks to help save the world.

In this case, 1000 years ago, there was chaos accumulated in this world. This is what led to the 1st Holy War between humans and demons. 1000 years ago, there was a different minor God in charge of this world.

After the war successfully ended, with King Cedric as the victor, that minor God left this world.

Now 1000 years later, more chaos has gathered in this very same world.

The duties of minor Gods and Major Gods were completely different.

The minor gods would have to travel to a new world every time they would resolve the chaos. The minor gods have a choice to stay in the world that they rid the chaos of however, it was not forever.

The Major Gods on the other hand were tasked with blessing the heroes and sidekicks but I was a different case.

My task was to bless potential "villains" and try to help them destroy the world that I was tasked with.

But of course, good always prevailed against evil, and the world was always saved by the hero and his sidekicks.

Since many people don't know of the minor gods or do not give them a prayer, their lifespan is ultimately shorter than the 6 Major Gods.

The 6 Major Gods were the first Gods ever to be created and I, as the God of Death, was one of them. I was the youngest out of the 6 major gods to be born.

The reason why we major gods have so much power is that we are eons older than the minor gods. Since we are older, we had a head start to gain more followers and believers compared to the other minor gods.

Each god, be it minor or major, needed to fulfill a certain quota meaning they needed to gain a certain amount of experience points before they were able to quit their duty of saving different worlds.

Since the beginning of this universe, many eons ago, I was born. I finally had enough experience points to call it quits. I had traveled to many worlds and blessed many "villains."

Out of all of the Gods, including the minor and major gods, only Kairos who was the God of Fire, Arial, the goddess of light and I were able to finish the quota. However, for some reason, those two chose to continue working to my horror.

Why work when you did not need to?

That is why I came to this world, which Ajax was overseeing, to relax.

However, what I did not expect was that I would somehow be involved in a massive time loop due to Ajax's mistake.

I have been through this world 99 times already.

I would wake up a few years ago before I blessed the original demon King with darkness. Then a few years later, I would show up to the original Kai as he is laying on the floor, almost dying due to a demon raid in his village.
