Chapter 3- Leo

Leo didn't understand! Everyone on this boat is ether depressed or angry! I mean sure the world could end in a month, Camp-half blood is going to get attacked by Romans and sure, their friends are in a bottomless pit of doom, but really! It could be worse... Maybe.

Well maybe it couldn't be worse but people didn't have to be so snappy at him! Everybody is like 'Leo do this' 'leo do that!' even coach Hedge was like 'Leo get me a coffee!' seriously, is anyone on this boat optimistic at all? We are going to save the world, save our friends and save the camp! Can everyone please get off his back now?!

Leo also didn't understand another thing... His feelings towards Annabeth who fell in a bottomless pit. Leo always thought she was bossy and always annoyed with Leo but now that she was gone he thought... Was she just like that because of her boyfriend? He didn't understand how someone could do that to a person but then again... He was competing for Hazel against Frank... And he was losing. Hazel and Frank stood on deck now, Franks arm around Hazel... And I was forced to be here leading the boat and talking to a boat... Arn't I just so socially friendly?

Leo also didn't get something else... He was the odd one out! Everyone on this boat had a boyfriend or girlfriend but he was the odd, silly single boy out! He didn't have anyone to talk to! Except maybe Piper who barely talked to Leo anymore after she started dating Jason. And Jason was so distant now he barely talked to anyone! He didn't understand. He didn't at all... Nemesis was right... He was a 7th wheel! He put that thought aside and continued guiding the boat.

Minutes passed and Leo felt a horrible pain in his head. He said to himself, "it's just a bad headache just a.." he screamed. He collapsed to the ground and everything turned blurry. He faintly saw a figure... Couch Hedge.

Coach hedge ran to me and yelled to him, " what's wrong cupcake?! What's wrong?"

Couch hedge? I thought. He's the only one that is coming to help me? Seriously? No one else on this boat is bothering to come and help me? Leo started getting angry at this thought. Leo heard a voice that boomed in his ears.

The voice said,"Leo are you feeling a little left out? Let me take over the pain will stop when you let me take over. Your 'friends' will treat you like a respected leader."

Leo thought,"please! Anything for the pain stop! Stttttoooopppp!!!"

The voice said,"very well."

The last thing Leo remembered was the voice controlling his body and Couch Hedge saying, "Leo? Whats going on?"
