"Aww that is yo lil ex" a man next to April said he looked about 5'9, he was lighter than Amaru but darker than Janet, he had on a silk shirt and denim blue Jean pants that were baggy including his shirt with some loafers on

He dressed as if he was a celebrity but his facial features said something different

"Hey Amaru, you know you looking good" April continued talking while havin her arm around ole boys waist

"But it don't look like you got that teacher job you was looking to have" She bit her lips smiling

Since the last time she saw him he only had about 4 tattoos the "2pac" , " Makaveli", Black Panter, and the "50 gun" but now it looks like he got 4 more on his arms another one on his neck and an "outlaws one on his forearm

"What about it? " Amaru asked slightly leaning his head to the side, then making eye contact with April's friend until his name was called

He walked out the store with his food unlocking the car, first on the passenger side to put the food down then jogging to the driver side

"Wait Amaru, you don't wanna talk" April came out the store trying to fast walk as in she was in about 3~4 inch wedges

"Nah I'm good baby" Amaru smiled opening his door getting in

"Janet you still there" he asked softly cause depending on how drunk she was she definitely was not gone wait more than 5 minutes for him to get his pizza and most likely fell asleep

He hung up the phone taking a deep breathe, opening the pizza box putting his head back on the head rest but turned it once he heard some knocking on the window

He saw April wrapped up in a coat which looked to cover a brown or greenish crop top and some dark baby phat waist cut jeans

He raised down the window seeing her squinting her eyes, pinching her coat ends together as if she was standing outside in the middle of winter

"What" Amaru said as he continued to eat his pizza

"What up ?" April shrugged her shoulders

They stared at each other for a while before April said something

"Sorry" she attempted to say but put her head down

"April its almost 3:00 I got work to do" Amaru sighed again

"I said I was sorry" she folded her arms irritated

"Get the hell out my face" Amaru got feed up reaching for his controls to raise up the window

"Man come on my homeboy just left and I need a ride" She stopped him

"And you ain't ride with him because" he looked at her starting his car

"Because he was going the opposite way my house was and I'm tired right now" she said running her hands through her straighten hair

"April this bullshit you still on gone get yo ass punched , now why the hell you come to my car to tell me this fucking story ?" He asked

"Can you give me a ride or not, it's close by your house if you still live in the same apartment" she said getting up from bending down since her back hurted

He unlocked to door making April immediately open it and get in

"I ain't going all the way to yo house so ask one of yo tricks to come and get you from the steps" he said backing up leaving the parking lot throwing the crust out the window
