"Mama, congratulations" I walked up to her smothering her with kisses"

"Thanks baby, I know I should have told you earlier but I didn't think you would be this supportive, I'm sorry baby" Diana apologized hugging her back

"Its ok cause at first I was a little skeptical, you know with ya little soon to be husband but I'll put that to the side" Janet sighed sitting down on the couch

"How long y'all been together anyway" she asked Diana

"Umm probably about a cool year or so" Diana mumbled

"A whole year!" Janet repeated shock

"Uh uh cause thats just wrong mama" Janet looked the other way turning away from Diana

"Janet fix the attitude cause Anthony is coming over in a minute" Diana said smiling

"Ok I'll behave, what time is it?" janet asked looking at her mother in the mirror

"Umm it's 3:15 right now, why? Diana asked looking away from the mirror she was looking at herself in

"No reason" she smiled turning back around

"Mhmm don't let me find out you doing something you ain't supposed to, imma tear ya little butt up" Diana sassed talked Janet making Janet laugh

"Why he coming over anyway?" she asked making a stank face

"Y'all haven't officially met yet and he is coming to telling us the plans for the wedding" Diana said

"You don't have any say so in the wedding?" Janet asked confused

"I do but his said that he don't want the wedding in the states so we going out of the country, I hope to an island or something like that" Diana said cheesing

"Uhh, you sure about that cause who gone pay for all that" Janet yawned

"He gone pay for it, he the one that proposed" Diana looked at Janet crazy

"Ok look at you and yo suga daddy" Janet laughed at her moms face

"Unlock the door I hear his car outside" She pointed to the door as Janet got up unlocking it meeting face to face with Anthony

"Hello little lady, you must be Janet" he stuck his hand out letting Janet shake it

"Let him come in Janet its hot out there" Diana loved Janet aside pulling him in by his hand

Anthony was about 6'0, dark skin, looked about 48, carried a cane, his hair was brown and in a mini Afro, and had pretty much had an old man pimp style to him

"Its cool beside its her first time seeing me and just now hearing I'm marrying her beautiful mother takes a while to sink in" he said putting his arm around Diana kissing her forehead

"Aww thats nice but my mother told me that the wedding is out of the states" Janet said folding her arms

"Yea I grew up in Jamaica and I would love to go back there after so many years for our wedding" he smiled

"Ok well have good luck with that and I'll call you later mama, I gotta pick Jeremiah up from school now"

"Ok baby be careful" she said hugging Janet

"She seems very nice and lovely" Anthony said

"Thats my baby but I still feel bad for not telling her about us" Diana said to Anthony
