We were currently on a plane to Russia for history class, and I wasn't the least bit excited. I hated cold weather and history class in general. I wondered why Tony was there. He didn't even take history class!
I was sitting next to Chris on the flight there, so it wasn't that bad. The week prior, Cassie was hospitalized for trying to kill herself because Sid skipped out on his date with her for the choir concert. I felt awful for her, completely awful, even if it was a drastic action.
"do you think it was a good idea shoving the drugs up Sid's arse?" I said to Chris, "I mean, what if we're busted during security?"
"We'll be fine," he said sleepily.
We landed in what looked like a military base, not an airport. We were all able to get through security except for Anwar. He almost didn't because of the guard's suspicion that he might be a terrorist. How racist. Tom was trying to find our bus to take us to the hotel. We found the bus, but it was broken. We had no choice but to hop on the back of a sodding pick-up truck and ask the driver to take us to the hotel.
We turned up at some old prison buildings, or at least that's what it looked like.
"Where's the hotel?" Michelle said.
"You're looking at it," Tom said.
I grunted in disbelief. I wanted a hotel where I could have warm water and a comfortable bed. But that didn't seem possible at the moment.
In addition to this, we were assigned to two a room, and same-sex only. I was stuck with this girl I barely knew, so as soon as I set my stuff down, I ditched her and walked around to try and find Jal and Michelle. Unfortunately, I stumbled by Tony and Sid's room.
"Oh, hey, Hannah. What's up?" Sid said.
"Nothing. Just dreading my decision to go on this trip," I said.
"Well, come in and sit down. Sid, scat!" Tony said.
Sid, not saying a word, obeyed Tony's commands.
"You don't have to be so rude to him all the time," I said.
"Whatever. Couldn't have him in here snitching on us," he smirked.
"Huh-
Before I could finish my sentence, Tony pressed his lips to mine in a heated kiss. As soon as I realizing what was happening, I pushed him back.
"Tony, what the hell??" I said.
"Come on, don't you wanna mess around a little?"
"No!" I yelled, standing up, "I'm not some fucking toy for you to use for pleasure. I'm a human being, and you have a girlfriend."
Tony just shrugged his shoulders before Maxxie came in.
"Hey, Tone, I... oh was I interrupting something?"
"Yes," Tony said.
"No," I said, "I'm going to bed. Good night."
I hugged Maxxie before I left. The moment my body hit the bed, I let out a shaky sigh, followed by a few tears. I was so angry and confused.
And the most important question of all, was I falling for him?
But how could I? We were worlds apart in every way.
