The Volume one Incident.

Izuku followed Ruby, Yang, and Weiss as they searched for Blake, though secretly he knew exactly where she was.

"Blake!?" Izuku called out after Ruby and Yang had.

"Weiss you aren't helping!" Ruby asked.

"Hmph!" Weiss scoffed. "I know who can help. The police!"

"We are not doing that!" Ruby said.

"It was just an Idea." Weiss said.

"It was a bad idea." Izuku mumbled. "Why can't you just help us find her and listen to her story?"

"I'm sorry?" Weiss said sarcastically. "As far as we know she's a criminal!"

"...And?!" Izuku asked facing her. "Are you saying that just because she used to be a criminal she'll always be a criminal?"

Weiss realized what Izuku was implying and shut that down.

"You were just a thief." She waved off. "You needed that to survive."

"Her last name is Belladonna." Izuku said. "Do you know what that means?!" He faced her.

"What 'Oh mighty leader!?" She asked getting into his face.

"It means she's like you." Izuku said. "Born into the businesses."

Weiss paled and turned away.

"Wait..." Ruby said. "You knew she was a Fauna?"

"Of course." Izuku said with a shrug. "I'm a thief. Heck... I was offered a position into the white fang when they thought that I was a Faunus. I know what signs to look for. I think we should listen to her side of the story before we jump to conclusions."

"And I think that when we hear that story you;ll know that I'm right!" Weiss argued.

"And I thin Weiss hair looks wonderful today!" A new, familiar voice said.

Izuku turned around pulling out his scythe unfolding it and pointing it at the girl.

'I couldn't feel her coming?!' Izuku thought. 'The scene just played like normal but I just let down my guard.' "I-I'm s-"

"Izuku Midoriya!" Penny the Robot said. "My father told me to watch out for you during the Vytal  festival. Being trained by the headmaster himself!"

"Oh?" Izuku asked. "The only people privy to that information are my team and... Ironwood."

"Yes that is my father!" Penny said. "My name is Penny!"

"Izuku." Izuku said.

"I already know!" Penny said.

"I know you do but it's proper manners to introduce yourself when someone else does." Izuku said.

"I'll have to remember that!" Penny said. "What are you all doing?"

"We're searching for our teammate have you seen her?" Ruby asked. 

"Ah! The Faunus girl!" Penny said. "No I haven't."

"Wait..." Ruby said. "How did you know she was a Faunus?"

"Huh?" She said. "Well because of her cat ears."

"What are you talking about?" Yang asked. "She doesn't have cat ears? All she has is... a... Bow..."

"..."

"... She does like tuna an awful lot." Ruby mumbled.

"You guys are idiots." Izuku said.
