Mom: let's go!
You: coming mom.

After you leave:
Nick: mom we have to do something she can't stay there.
Nicks mom: there's not much we can do sweetie.
Nick: mom will you sign a restraining order?
Nicks mom: for what?
Nick: it's for y/n but it's so her dad can't get around her.
Nicks mom: let me see what I can do.
Nick: thanks mom.

At your house:
Noah: hey y/n
Mom: go to your room y/n! Your not to leave until I call you down for dinner!
You: ok ok I'm going.
Noah: what'd you do?
You: Ryland called her and told her I was staying at nicks.
Noah: yea because dads here..
You: yea she thinks I'm lying.
Noah: I'll try to talk to her.
You: actually can you just stay in here with me?
Noah: sure.
You: So how have you been?
Noah: well I've been talking to Dixie a lot recently.
You: ohh you and Dixie?
Noah: how's Tayler?
You: idk. I miss him..
Noah: oh what happened?
You: we got into a fight

You didn't want to tell Noah about Tayler and Dixie but at the same time you didn't want him to get hurt.

Bryce: Noah, mom wants me, you, and Ryland to go to the store with her.
Noah: no.
Bryce: come on man she's gonna be mad
Noah: can y/n come?
Bryce: mom said she just wants to spend time with her sons today, maybe next time.
Noah: I'm not leaving her alone here.
Bryce: dads here, she's fine.
Noah: exactly, dads here. She won't be fine.
Mom: Noah! Bryce! Ryland and I will be in the car!
Bryce: so are you coming man?
Noah: no-
You: go, it's ok.

You: yea..
Noah: ok, call me if you need anything.
You: I will.

Dad: y/n?!
You: yea..?
Dad: can you come down here?
You: yea I'm coming.
