Amber's POV
Its been a month since the accident and I was sat in Nina's hospital room on the chair next to Fabian. He leaned on my small shoulder and we both had puffy and blood shot eyes from crying. Trudy and the rest of Anubis stood or sat outside of the room. You could tell they had barely slept this month. "Why do bad things always happen to good people Amber?" Fabian questioned me.
"I don't know Fabian. But when I find out I will sure as hell will switch the rules. Nina is a strong girl Fabian. Yes she may have no relatives but she has you and i know Nina and she will never put herself befor her friends. She- we all will pull through this"
"Yeah I guess your right"
"What was that did Fabian say that I was right". He kept pleading for me to stop but I carried on. Fabian smiled which nobody has seen in a long time.
" I'm gonna get something to do you want anything?" I asked him
"Um yes a coffee please"
I then left for the drinks.
Fabian's POV
I sat at Nina's bed side yet again by now everyone has gone back the house. Its July 1st. 6 days before Nina's birthday and I'm going to be by her side all the time she's here no matter what.
"Nina the doctors have done all they can do and its now up to you. Just give me a sign Nina. Please Nina wake up. Come on your going to be 16 in 6 days, you need to wake and once you do we're going to throw you the best birthday party ever. We need to go to prom, graduate and go to college together"
Suddenly she squeezed my hand and her eye began to flicker. "NURSE! COME QUICK" I ran out the room in to the hallway and shouted again and one of the nurse's came running into the room. "Sh she squeezed my hand and her eyes were flickering."
"I don't see any changes" the nurse spoke then Nina dropped her arm of the side of the bed. "See I told you".
"F.........f..f..f.....f"
"Its like she's trying to say something" The nurse said confused
"Is this normal"
"No not like Nina who's in a really deep coma"
"Fa....f...fa....Fabian!" She sits straight up and gasps for air. "Nina!" The nurse looked shocked but I didn't really care I ran straight over to her and gave her a huge hug. While I was hugging Nina the nurse ran to get the doctor the remove the wires.
I know its short but she's awake Yeay....
