Number 2 Chapter 2 The conflict

Del " this is the first in two years I have seen Mika this upset over something"
Emily " Really she is always like that"
Sato " Yeah.."

One of the maids came over to Sato.

" Prince Sato, Lady Alina is here to see you at the castle"
Sato " really now. I have to go, go without me Emily"
Emily"okay"

Sato left and Then moments later we left to the camp. I looked out to the landscape.

Emily " By the way Mika Alina came to see Sato today"

I made a weird face, Del looked at me.

Me " Okay then"
Del " I am sorry to ask but who is Alina?"
Emily " Alina is the second daughter of the house of Elfen and the fiance of Sato"
Del " I see"
Emily " Alina was the one that suggested it two years ago and He accepted. But I didn't know why"

I do it is because I left... Sato didn't talk to alot of people, he hated it but ever since I decided to leave he suddenly changed.

Del " Mhmm well that is interesting"

We arrived to the camp and there I saw Fed and Chloe, Fed began to pet my head as Chloe watched.

Fed " Hey there, that was a short trip."

I smacked Feds hand

Me " Stop touching my head!"

Fed made a weird face and began to hug me, Chloe began to laugh.
Emily watched me and Del looked at her.

Del " Please come with me, we have alot to discuss "
Emily " Yea sure"

Emily went into Del's quarters, Del made tea and gave Emily some.

Emily " Thank you"
Del " You and Mika are very close arent you"
Emily " Well yeah, we been friends since Grade school, she has always been distant with others and over protective with people she loves"
Del " Interesting, her family must be proud"
Emily " Maybe her mom but not her dad. He doesn't really care about her like that"
Del " What you mean?"
Emily " OH nothing, forget I said anything "

I walked in to see Del and Emily drinking tea. Chloe and Fed came back in and jumped me.

Fed " So slow Mika"
Me " quit it, how's Seth, June and Aries?"
Chloe " June recovered already but Aries and Seth are still healing"
Fed " We also have two more blessings to train."
Me " Ugh sign me out, I am not dealing with a succubus "
Chloe " Come on Mika"
Me " No just go on without me"

I walked away and Fed and Chloe looked at me.

Fed " What a bratz"
Chloe " The youngest one here and she acts like the oldest, must be Emily nice to meet you"
Emily " Nice to meet you as well"
Del " Prince Sato will be here shortly so could you show Lady Emily around"
Chloe " Sure why not"

Chloe and Fed showed Emily around.

Emily " So where did Mika go?"
Fed " She probably went to see Seth"
Emily " Seth?"
Chloe " Yeah, those two are really close and so she is probably visiting him"
Emily " I see"

I opened the door to see Seth still asleep. His arm is still healing. I entered, closing the door and then approached Seth. I was watching Seth as he slept, I then layed down next to him and looked at his face. He then opened his eye. I freaked out abit, he smiled and then began to hug me.

Seth " Your finally back..."
Me " Should you be moving alot ?"
Seth " I will be fine.. how are you though, you drained alot from that battle with the other demons."
Me " I am okay, I just failed to protect you"

Seth hit me with his other hand.

Seth " Shut up will you, It is not your fault. "
Me " Mhmm"
Seth " How's the rest?"
Me " June is healed and well Aries is still recovering same with you".
Seth " Mhm, I heard we got new recruits "
Me " Yes"
Seth " Just calm down okay, don't push yourself too much"
Me " Yeah yeah, heal up and then you can tell me that"
Seth " Fine"
Me " Hehe I will be back later. Rest up"
Seth " Got it"

I walked out and continued walking, I wonder if I never met Seth what would my life be like.. I walked by the tree and stood there. June then saw me and approached me.

June " Hello sweetheart "
Me " Hey June"
June " Why do you look so sad?"
Me " it is nothing"
June" Mhmm"

I continued looking at the river.

June " Have you seen Seth?"
Me " Yes..."
June " When will you tell Seth how you feel? It has been a year already"
Me " I know, but I am not ready to tell him how I feel.. not yet.."

I then sat down next to June, looking at the sky.

June " Is there a reason why your too scared to tell Seth."
Me " I am not scared"
June " Mhmm thats a lie, it is obvious that you like eachother "
Me " Really?!"

Emily, Fed and Chloe were walking around and saw me with June.

Chloe " I see June beat us to it"
Fed " Should we continue?"
Emily " Yeah"

Chloe and Fed went ahead of Emily and Emily wanted to know what we were talking about. She sat near the bushes and covered her mouth.

Me " Not a lie, I just also like someone else..."
June " Do they know?"
Me " Maybe but I need to forget about it because I can't get with him"

Emily was still in the brushes.
